I've been having a weird problem on my computer. I can't view any moving animations on the net, they appear as still ones. On my computer they move but not on the internet. I looked up the TOOLS on IE everything is checked.

Why is this happening?

Sounds like you dont have flash player installed.

Try installing that and then see how it is.
