Barakallahfekhie Fe Dunya Wal Akhira Dear Sister of Islam.
Right, we have started up on Surah Al-A'la. We may work our way backwards (to the end of Surah An-Nas) just so I can try to make sure everyone has perfected their Tajweed.
The Sisters can PM their recording to Sister Crystal Eyes.
I really need to get these recording up, because at the rate we are going we won't even finish Surah Al-A'la before next Ramadan, Wallahu A'alam.
I am not really sure how you can PM Crystal Eyes the recording. Probably you can do so through MSN?

Dont worry about it brother. I just recorded my own. You can use this one until you have fixed your microphone.
If I have any tajweed errors please correct me quickly before anybody listens to it and thinks its proper tajweed.

On the first Ayat:
Subbee HismeRubbekala'la.
The highlight kal should said as it is read, which should be "kal", not "kel".
The rest sounds perfect.

I have managed to get the microphone working, but it sound fuzzy when I record. When my father comes back home later on tonight he shall
Ya Habibi. Remember the words of Prophet Muhammadbut really my voice isnt anything to long for loq *smiles* (I dont read as slow as the other brothers)
"The most beautiful voice to Allah (on reciting Quran), is words said in a way one can hear the words said with fear of Allah in his voice".
At-Tirmidhi.
Many people assume that the most beautiful voices are those said with a "singing tone". This is not true. When I hear a Surah recited while crying, to me (and mostly Allah), that is surely the most beautiful voice.

Sorry it has taken some time to get back on track.
Brother Z-247 has come up with an excellent idea. We shall set up a PAL TALK room with a password entry so no one else will bother us, and you can recite directly to everyone. This way I or someone else can listen and correct the recitation. This would of course be for Brothers.
More information shall be posted up tomorrow
