Try this if you like King/tiger prawns...
You'll need:
6 - 8 King/Tiger prawns, Peeled & Chopped.
1 small Onion, Chopped.
2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed.
2 Tomatoes, Chopped small.
Potatoes, Chopped small.
Broccoli
Cauliflower
2 Carrots, Chopped.
Chilli powder
Curry powder
Coriander powder
Tumeric powder
Cooking oil
Fresh Coriander, chopped.
Fresh Chillies
and salt.
Wok is best to use for this...
Heat the wok a little, 2 mins.
Add 1 and a half tablespoon of oil.
Add the crushed garlic... it should sizzle slightly...
Add onion and salt... (The salt helps to melt the onions)
Then, add all spices, about 1/4 of a teaspoon of each.
Fry off for 1 minute or until all traces of spices have dissolved.. add the tomatoes & Chillies.
Wait for it to simmer a little and add potatoes...
After 3 - 4 mins add prawns...
After the prawns seel from heat add the other vegetables...
Cover with a lid and cook on slow heat... after 5 mins add the fresh Coriander and serve.
(You may need to add the littlest amount of water so it doesn't stick to the wok, depends how much heat you use).
Real nice with rice or with nan.
Enjoy!

Yeh thats a recipe where it is widely used. Its very common to use spinach and is really tasty if fresh spinach is used!!! Both king prawns and spinach go together perfectly!
Brocolli is one of my favourite vegetables, thats why I add loads! LOLZ
You can substitute with something else if you like. generally speaking, I think a bhaji should be made up of 3 or more vegetables... Gives it much more texture and colour!
