maybe i should try tea on coals insha Allah...maybe next week when my lil bro comes home

You should, but don't forget to add one of the things I mentioned above.

Ni'naa' = mint,
Darseen = cinnamon,
Heyl = cardamom,
Maramiya = some Palestinian herb, I think it's called desert sage.

CHAKA what????? :D

I don't like the sauce poured all over American/Canadian BBQ... in KSA its more like seasoned, grilled anything- simpler but tastes much better.

Parrot Fish?

your teeth are all gonna fall out before you're 30 with 3 spoons of sugar Bro Teyyar!!!! yeah its desert sage... whats the diff between tea made on a stove top and made on coals? its all in a pot of boiling water, innit? :D

The difference is: it tastes so much better B). Don't ask me why :D.

Tea without enough sugar tastes awful. Mum drinks it without sugar, I STILL don't understand how she can do it. I used to have 5 spoons, but I'm trying to cut down...now I have 2 and a half.
