ABOUT THIS BOOK[using large font size is not allowed]

Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim

At the modern era of trials and tribulation when Muslims all over detach themselves a distance from Islam, attached to the materialistic attractions of this cursed world.Muslims aside, non-Muslims get sank into the negative Islamic views conveyed by the hypnotic Media.Situation couldn't get any worse right?
Well 6 months ago my life collapsed around me.I'd surrendered myself into extreme exhaustion; physically, mentally and emotionally. My mind and soul went to a deeper frame of emotion and comprehension I had never encountered before-another dimension.Little did I know at the time, out of my greatest despair was to come a wonderful sparkle of inspiration; the greatest gift.

I'd been given a glimpse of 'Perfection'.Perfection through studying, perfection through interaction with people, perfection through . . . you name it?"Perfection Through Islam" summed up every "Perfection" perfectly. The glimpse came through seeking knowledge, daily observations and human interactions.I began tracing the "Perfection" back through history. I couldn't believe all the people who knew this term "Perfection". They were the most influential people to walk this earth:Prophets, to their companions and even scholars.

Incredulous, I asked, "Why doesn't everyone know this?" A craving passion to share this "Perfection" with everyone took over me, and I began putting the seperate jigsaw pieces together, one by one until the whole puzzle was made.

So alhumdulilah here comes this humble and modest effort rooted in the inspirational commandments of Allah(swt), the motivational Sunnah and the touching wisdom that has captured the roots of my heart throughout my 19 years of living alhumdulilah. That I wish to convey to the readers inshallah using a blend of different tones and writing styles.

'Perfection Through Islam' carries intriguing life experiences of mine that are coherently tailored to everyone's modern life difficulties, challenges and obstacles seemingly faced by many Muslims and Non-Muslims all over the world. Each experience is uniquely using a broad range of writting devices to tease and tempt the readers’ thinking spectrum aswell as keeping them engaged within a friendly environment. This book attempts to revive the Ummah and present Islam in it's true blend of colours to Muslims through my intriguing life experience. The refreshing stories, pearls of lessons and sparkling observations within this book are inspirational, motivational and uniquely crafted to fufill the readers appetite to the fullest.

Who Is This Book For?

Well if you need a morale boost, need to change to a more positive thinker, want to seek the practicality/knowledge of Islam, desire to improve your outlook on living or simply want a quick snappy easy read, this is the book for you.

In other ways, the book is for anyone who can read, especially YOU!

Afterall we ALL deserve to reach the mountain peak of our full Islamic Potential right and live our 'life to the max'?

Islam Is A Full Time Submission To The Creator--Not A Part Time Submission~Aaqib

INTRODUCTION[using large font size is not allowed]

All praise And Worship Is For Allah Alone. He Is The Exalted.

Years ago, I saw an interesting slogan on a bill board in London saying 'live your life to the max-pepsi max'. At that time, I was not at the right age or mind frame to fully comprehend what it meant. Years later,my understanding improved but I still don’t think I knew its full meaning, but, through my own personal experiences and observations of the happenings around me, I believe that I do have a rough idea of what the 'live your life to the max' meant.I thought to myself is living your life to the max following your inner desires and cravings day in day out or is there a unique beautiful complete way of life? *Islam*

My love and passion took over my heart to drive me forward in exploring the purpose of life. This exceptional journey has brought me to a wonderful discovery of good friends whom I met along the way.I learnt vast amounts from each of them about life as we shared together our feelings, thoughts, hopes, sadness, worries, fear, expectations and lots of other feelings capable felt by a human being.

Throughout this book I will mention the fruity experiences I've been through.
*YES FRUITY* meaning sweet experiences and bitter ones.Yes, fruit can be sweet and bitter right?

Sweet like a yummy delicious

CHIT CHAT OR SILENCE?[using large font size is not allowed]

Bismillah

By nature since I was a little boy until now I've been less talkative then others.I do talk mashallah but you won't see me go on and on and on and on like this "You know yesterday yeah this and this happened and then suddenly omg omg omg wow wooow did you know?'.
Ok you get the point. Its not in my heart to talk of that nature.I seem to shy away from talking like that.I used to be like back when I was young it's a sign of weakness to limit your speech but subhanallah as my knowledge increased gradually and my comprehension grew I found it is a good thing.I'm a confident person normally alhumdulilah and if asked to deliver a speech say to my mirror at home 100s of people I could do it.After a few nerves and shakyness at the start.

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_drpaulose.files.wordpress(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/2008/04/cartoon.gif[/img] <<Tongue Twister

^Has That Ever Happened To You? ^

So I can talk easily when needed, for instance in my job phone interview she gave me the job there and then once I begged her for the position
alhumdulilah but when it is kinda chitty chatty idle talk and unnessary I tend to limit it.
I learnt that to get across a point it only needs pages and pages and pages of writing a few things instead of long chunks of speech.[using large font size is not allowed]

As I read into Islam more I found our Prophet(pbuh) used to speak short and to the point subhanallah.
His words reached the heart and stayed there.[using large font size is not allowed]

A beautiful saying of the Prophet (saw) that will ensure the protection of our tongue.
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last day, LET HIM EITHER SPEAK GOOD OR KEEP SILENT" (Agreed upon)

Do we really believe 'in Allah and the last day' my dear friends?

Lets all make a BIG effort to 'speak good or keep silent' inshallah!

Sometimes when chatterboxes go on [using large font size is not allowed]and on [using large font size is not allowed]and on [using large font size is not allowed]the words go through my left ear and out my right ear.

And I picture the scene below!

ZiiP It!

**Solution To Keep A VERY Talkative Person Quiet**

Sello tape would be fine aswell.

:sl:

A slip of the foot may soon be recovered; but that of the tongue perhaps never.
Danish Proverb

Subhanallah so true a word can break or make someone's heart right?
So we should think before we speak inshallah.

Wouldn't you agree?

Speaking silence is better than senseless speech.
Danish Proverb

It is better for a person to THINK your an idiot then to speak and remove all doubt isn't it?

So instead of going 'blah blah blah' lets go 'la la la' 'subhanallah alhumdulilah'

This body part commits the most sins,
we use it so freely day in day out,
it could be our downfall in the Hereafter.

WHAT IS IT?-----------------IT IS THE WIGGLING MOVING THING THE TONGUE!!
:sl:

In one of the long Hadith related to guarding of our tongues, the Prophet (saws) is reported to have said to Mu'az b Jabal :

"The epitome of everything is Islam, its pillar is Salat, and its peak is Jihad."

Then the Prophet said:

"Shall I inform you of the master of all of this?"

I said: "Yes! O Messenger of Allah."

The prophet Held his tongue saying :

"Guard this[using large font size is not allowed] ."

Lets safeguard[using large font size is not allowed] protect [using large font size is not allowed]purify[using large font size is not allowed] the tongue for the sake of our souls inshallah.

Allah says in Surah Al-Nur :

"On the Day their tongues[using large font size is not allowed], their hands, and their feet will bear witness against them as to their actions." (24:24)

"REALLY?,my own body will testify against me?"

Read it again, where is it from?

THE WORD

A word can touch the heart,
or tear it apart,
a good word is charity a deed,
don't backbite or greed,
Allah's smile we creed,
don't gossip modesty we need,
watch Iman grow like seed

*Silence is the true friend that never betrays*Confucius

How many times has silence lied to you or betrayed you?

None! Subhanallah.

Bite Your Tongue![using large font size is not allowed]

The tongue: a mere piece of meat with no bones in it. But like a BMW Z4
can drive us up to Jannah in 5th gear or slide us down in Hell?
Lets control our tongue before our tongues control us!

So how do we steer this wiggley beast? Lets read on!

Pick your teeth![using large font size is not allowed]

Backbiting is one of the greatest sins, yet something we fall into, time after time, day after day, often without realizing true We chat chat chat away with our 'friends', mention somebody else, and suddenly, the beamer is out of control and the words come out popping at 100mph.

Sounds familar?

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yettalis(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/source/blog/http:/you are not allowed to post links yettalis(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/source/blog/images/Stop.jpeg[/img]

Nowadays we have no morals or limits when we speak.Lets look closely to the best generation instead: when one of the companions spoke badly about someone who wasn't there, the Prophet (saw) said to him: "Pick your teeth!" The companion said "but I haven't eaten anything!" The Prophet (saw) said "You have eaten the flesh of your dead brother!"
Yuck right?

What we going to do about it?

"But they deserve it!"[using large font size is not allowed]

Ok,ok, hold up a sec. Is it still backbiting if it's true? What if it's only half-true? Or what if they deserved it?

Well, the Prophet made it very clear for us: "backbiting is to say something about someone they wouldn't like said about them. [...] If what bad you said about them is true, then you have backbitten them, and if it is false, then you have slandered them!" [Sahih Muslim]

”So what,” you might say, “it's not a big deal. Everybody does it!”

On the night of Miraaj (the Prophet's ascension to heaven), he passed by some people with metal hooks in their hands who clawed at their faces and their necks with them. When he inquired about them, Jibraeel said, 'These are the people who eat the flesh of human beings and disgrace them.'" [Abu Dawud].

So don't worry about “everybody” yet. Worry about yourself first!

When you point 1 finger at someone else, you have several pointing back at you!

Not convinced,check in a mirror!

Interesting ay?

"Just teasing!"[using large font size is not allowed]

Oo that makes it perfectly fine then?

Yes?No?

Maybe we think it's funny to trash-talk someone to their face and make them seem lower then they are. Maybe their clothes smell *sniff* or maybe their beard needs a weed-whacker, or maybe niqaab actually makes them look better!

Allah warns us about this type of rudeness directly in the Qur'an, when He says:

""O you who believe, let not some a party of you laugh at others, it may be that they are better than you. [...] Nor abuse each other, nor be sarcastic to each other by using offensive nicknames ... And whosoever does not repent (from these things), then such are the wrong-doers." [Surah Hujuraat, verse 11][Surah Hujuraat, verse 11]

Allah made us all the way we are so why does it matter if that person is a tiny winy bit 'different' to the rest of the crowd?
A characteristic of a hypocrite is mocking the believers.

Are we one?

'Hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the fire'

"You know, it's cool to swear ..."[using large font size is not allowed]

Makes you seem 'HARD' right?

If we listen to some people or even to ourselves speak one day—you may notice, nearly every other sentence contains swear words, astugfillah! Maybe you think it's cool to swear or even copy the disbelievers.
Is it really “cool” to swear? The Hellfire is far from being cool my friends--people will wish they were cool then, rather than being cool in this world!

Super "cool" to swear or uncool to swear?

Thats the question!

Remember: an angel writes down every single word you say, and one day, you will have to answer for all of it..

"Really?" --YES!

But sometimes they make you so-sooo—sooooo—angry!

Sometimes you're so angry with someone, the only way to express yourself is to swear at them or hit them. The solution?

Be strong!Think strong!Feel strong!
The Prophet said: the strong man is not the one with the best wrestling, but the one who controls himself in a fit of rage. [Muslim]
Are we strong or weak?

"Moi? I never said that!" [using large font size is not allowed]

Really?

It must have been pure imagination then right?

WRONG-The angel on your left shoulder is scribbling, noting, scribbling, writing everything you say and do against yourself. Even if you're the only person who knows, the All-Seeing and All-Knowing is watching you.

"Remember?"

One of the companions of the Prophet asked, straight-up: “Can a Muslim be a liar?” He (saw) said “No! A Muslim can never be a liar!” [Malik's Muwatta]

How often do we lie and take it very lightly?

Are we muslims just by our names?

He also said: "Truth leads to virtue and virtue leads to Paradise [...] lying leads to wickedness and wickedness leads to the Hellfire. And a person may keep telling lies until he is recorded as a liar." [Sahih Bukhari]
Have we got liar written on our foreheads underlined?

"But it's only words!"[using large font size is not allowed]

You're just flapping away your gums, right? *flap flap flap*
You don't mean any of it! What does it matter?

A single word can make or break someone's life!Wouldn't you agree?
*Yes*

So if you think you won't be held accountable for your words, think again: the Messenger of Allah (saw) told us that people will be flung face-down into the Hellfire, only on account to what they said! [Tirmidhi]

"I must be doomed!"[using large font size is not allowed]

"I lie, backbite, and swear all the time. I must be going to Hell!"

YEP! If things don't change NOW!
NOW meaning as soon as you finish reading!

Never despair my friends, lets ALL change!

Allah tells us in the Qur'an: "O my servants who have wronged themselves, never despair of the mercy of Allah, for truly He forgives all sins. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful." [Surah Az-Zumar, verse 53]
Change NOW or NEVER!

Key to Paradise[using large font size is not allowed]

If you control your tongue and speak only good, Paradise can be yours, to abide forever in it.

The Prophet (saw) said: Whoever can guarantee me two things I can guarantee them Paradise: what lies between his two jaw-bones (his tongue) and what lies between his two legs. [Bukhari

Subhanallah! Just by controlling our tongues we can change so much right?

USE TONGUE--GIVE ADVICE-DHIKR-MORE DHIKR--SPEAKING GOOD

Finally let us ask ourselves, how can the same tongue that swears, backbites, gossips and speaks nonsense be the same tongue that recites the Holy Quran?[using large font size is not allowed]

Jazakallah Khayr for reading!

Inspiration Through Mother[using large font size is not allowed]

Subhanallah never ever get bored of saying these 4 words of magic--'I LOVE MY Mother.
Do you?
Did you?

My mother,my heart fills with strong affection, love and sweetness when I hear her lovely voice, when I see her sight, when she smiles, whenever I'm in her presence. She is one of the most humble and modest person you'll ever meet subhanallah.I pray and make Duas Allah grants her Al-Firdraws based on her exceptional Motherhood.Every meeting we have together is filled with immense love, hugs and sweet words like 'I LOVE YOU AMI JAAN',she replies 'Mee TOOOOO'.I'll never get fed up of hearing her sweet lovely voice. She is an angel, she really is.When shes not in my presence my heart craves for her. When she is in my presence my heart feels so attached to her.Subhanallah.The nights I cried and she was there. The nights I was ill she was there to check. The nights she spent keeping an eye on me.The nights she stayed up ruining her tender sleep just so her little aqi would sleep tight subhanallah alhumdulilah. What a blessing my mum is.My heart feels exceptional love for her.She is very able mashallah, has 2 degrees. One in Accounting and one in Physics. She is my best friend.I can talk to her about anything and everything.

*TICKLE TICKLE TINY ONE*

My Mother's most touching inspiration was that she was reading Quran in the living room and I wondered why she was reading so asked her and she replied,'Aaqib beta(son) I am reading for my parents and need to complete Quran for them,I have been reading for my parents for over 20 years'.Suddenly I froze and my mouth dropped to the floor and I was like TWEEN--TWEEN--TWEENTY YEAARS.

I was really touched, wouldn't you be? *YES*

I wondered to myself could I ever get to the same level of love my mother showed to her parents with my own parents?

Weell I'm going to give it my all, what about you?
'Yes Of Course I Will',You Say right?
Mashallah!
Inshallah my friends.

I want to share this touching short story that contains priceless lessons for us all to ponder upon.

My Mother Only had one eye... ######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_poundingheartbeat(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/one-eye.jpg[/img]

She cooked for students & teachers to support the family.

There was this one day during elementary school where my mom came to say hello to me.

I was so embarrassed.

How could she do this to me?!

I ignored her, threw her a hateful look and ran out.

The next day at school one of my classmates said, "EEEE, your mom only has one eye!"

I wanted to bury myself. I also wanted my mom to just disappear.

So I confronted her that day and said, " If you're only gonna make me a laughing stock, why don't you just die?!!!"

My mother remained silent...

I didn't even stop to think for a second about what I had said, because I was full of anger.

I was oblivious to her feelings…

I wanted out of her house..

So I studied real hard, got a chance to go to Singapore to study.

Then, I got married. I bought a house of my own. I had kids of my own. I was happy with my life.

Then one day, my mother came to visit me. She hadn't seen me in years and she didn't even meet her grandchildren!.

When she stood by the door, my children laughed at her.

I screamed at her, "How dare you come to my house and scare my children!" GET OUT OF HERE! NOW!!!"

And to this, my mother quietly answered, "Oh, I'm so sorry.
I may have gotten the wrong address," and she disappeared out of sight.

One day, a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house.

After the reunion, I went to the old shack just out of curiosity.

My neighbors said that my mother had died.

I did not shed a single tear.

They handed me a letter that she had wanted me to have…

"My dearest son, I think of you all the time..I'm sorry that I came to Singapore and scared your children

I was so glad when I heard you were coming for the reunion.

But I may not be able to even get out of bed to see you.

I'm sorry that I was a constant embarrassment to you when you were growing up.

You see...

when you were very little, you got into an accident, and lost your eye.

As a mother, I couldn't stand watching you having to grow up with one eye.

So…

I gave you mine…..

I was so proud of my son who was seeing a whole new world for me, in my place, with that eye.

With my love to you..

Your mother

*In Tears Too* *Passes A Tissue*

May Allah (swt) grant jannah to all the self-sacrificing mothers in this world, ameen.

A mother's love is never ending, but is always taken for granted don't you think my friends?

Subhanallah its amazing cause what if the womb we were in as a babies got knocked slightly, say our mother had an accident and slipped,we would Allah forbid come out deformed right?
Its amazing how mothers take such good care of their child. The 9 months a mother goes through, the child could never ever repay her back.

How do you feel about your mother?
Love her?
Hate her?

How can we not love her?
After all she have done for us?

How much does the love of a mother cost?

Go ask these Orphans. *May Allah give them a bright future, ameen.*

Money can't buy a Mother's love or bring her back to life!! *Rubs Tissue Over Eye*

My wise Mother told me this to ponder upon:

Parents Can Take Care Of 7 Children During Their Childhood.
But Those 7 Children When Older Can't Take Care Of Their Parents When The Parents Grow Old.
*Tears*

Subhanallah what a powerful message!!
What do you think my friends?

How many times do we hear/see children abandoning their parents?
Harsh!

Are we one one of them?

Allah (Glory and Greatness be to Him) says in Hadith al-Qudsi: I swear by My Glory and power that if a (child who is)
disobedient to his parents comes to me with all the good deeds of all the prophets, I will not accept them from him.

Such a powerful PROMISE by Allah notice the 'I swear by My Glory'!

Brothers and Sisters when we are young we need the support of our parents.
When parents are old they need the support of me and you.

Could we ever dare to think about leaving our parents after all they have done for us?
No right?

"Paradise lies under the feet of the mother."

No entry into Jannah without the MOTHER BEING PLEASED KEY.

Strong Belief=Half Way 2 Success[using large font size is not allowed][using large font size is not allowed]

The strong belief attitude sparked off inside me a second ago years ago when I would dream just like most other teenage boys of being a super hero saving the world from an evil bad guy a professional footballer.I was obsessed with getting another slice of ROTI/Naan when the food came scouted for a professional club.I would practice and practice on my SINGING LAAA LAALA skills in the rain when the path was very muddy and ikky.Got SHOUTED at for having dirty clothes when I went back inside soo I prayed and prayed Ya Allah please make sure mummy answers the door so I can get away with it!!Sometimes she came and sometimes my dad,aaaaaaaaahhhhhh..Alhumdulilah the chances to get scouted came by,I was selected to warm the sub's bench,I grew confident in my ability and went from keeping the ball in the air for a few seconds to a LOT OF MINUTES.Me and my mates used to compete to see who could knock on the most doors and run AWAAAY sssshhh could do the most kicky ups.Alhumdulilah I had the best records and one day I did over 1000 kick ups THEN WOKE UP and found it was jus a dreaaam.1293 to be precise, its soo sad how I still remember yeears on!!So I played and played football and then suddenly got caught in 2 minds.I knew I could get something out of football sub's bench sub's bench, maybe at least a semi-professional for the under 10s club if I carried on.But then the other side of the coin was my parents. You know how asian parents are like DEGREE DEGREE DEGREE.I was like SHADI SHADI SHADI (SHADI=MARRIAGE) weeell that's another topic and matter *full stop*[using large font size is not allowed][using large font size is not allowed]

My uncle and cousins in Liverpool encouraged me to stay in Liverpool to get a risha/marriage proposal with their daugther trials at Liverpool football club and expand the family my passion for football. But then studies took over and the love of my parents won my heart so I didn't go further with football and now just play it for fun fun fun.Thing is subhanallah I found another form of success which was my smiling and sleeping zzz running.I never practiced or trained to be a runner but still subhanallah I came 1st place (against a bunch of 10 year olds) in my Cross country running for 3 years at my school out of 500 10 year olds students.Alhumdulilah.But then the burgers and fooooooooood took over and I just ermmm well you get the point....
######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yetbritishturkey.co.uk/recipes/images/recipes/185.jpg[/img]
But alhumdulilah I took part in the District Cross Country Championships on number of occasions and got decent positions. 199 out of 200 people isn't bad is it? :sl:
So alhumdulilah in any event and it wasn't a loss not being a pro footie player.[using large font size is not allowed]

What does strong belief have to do with this?

Good question.Well it doesn't muhahaha I tricked you!!
Nop it does alhumdulilah.Weeell I really wanted to be a pro footballer but the way my life shaped out I couldn't really and found success from other aspects of my life such as running and normal local football where I won lots of pwetty cups and medals brought them from the medals shop for a fiver really ssshhhhh
Aswell as keeping in very good shape and healthy :sl:[using large font size is not allowed]

I learnt success comes in 2 stages:
1)Mentally--THE STRONG VERY STRONG INTENTIONS[using large font size is not allowed]/BELIEF.
2)Physically--ITS NOT ALL TALK THE TALK THINK THE THINK YOU GOTTA WALK THE WALK,
in other words yeep the ACTIONS[using large font size is not allowed].

Using simple maths it means if you believe [using large font size is not allowed]STRONGLY [using large font size is not allowed]in sumthing/anything your 50% there.
Now the other half is the actions which is 50%!
Don't you agree my friends?

Biggest setbacks towards potential I feel are FEAR[using large font size is not allowed] and DOUBT[using large font size is not allowed].[using large font size is not allowed]

Wouldn't you agree?

A mind troubled by doubt cannot focus on the course to victory.

Exactly!

How can we go forward [using large font size is not allowed]quickly if we keep looking back[using large font size is not allowed]?

This thing DOUBT[using large font size is not allowed],what exactly is it?

I searched and tried to find the answer from within my heart then found this jewel.

“In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy)… “(Surah Al-Baqara 2:10)

 its a disease. Therefore it won't suddenly go will it by say a click?
Or a magic trick?
Tick tick.
*Ignore the ticky tricky lines I just put them in cos it rhymes with click!*

But alhumdulilah every disease has a cure and I was determined to find the medicine.
Being motivated to go on a special quest to find the treasure I came across this:

Then when you have reached a firm decision, put your trust in Allah. (3:159)

Subhanallah.Solution found!!
We've hit the JACKPOT!!
YaaY!!

Who's words could be more truthful then the words of the Lord of the World?

Yours?

Yep!Exactly!No1s!

Allah is the best of planners so why not keep full trust in Him?

Being Blessed Blessings [using large font size is not allowed]

I woke up one morning and thought to myself. What if I never woke up?As my heart rate beated faster,my lungs took in more air to breath I looked outside my window with my 2 eyes. Then thought to myself wow every second I am being blessed with an extra heart beat,an extra breath of fresh air,an extra glance at the things round me.

What if my breathing stopped for 10 minutes?Would I still be alive?
What if my heart stopped pumping?Would I still be alive?
What if I become blind? How would I survive?

Can us humans create something as small as an ant?
How comes?
Who made the ant?

So many blessings happening within us and around us.Lets try and count them all.1,2,3,4,....999999.....999999999......

Have you ever stopped to count your blessings?

Don't bother. You won't be able to.

If ye would count up the favours of Allah, never would ye be able to number them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
Quran 16:18.

YEAH RIGHT!^^

But with so many blessings in our lives, isn't it a bit ironic that we forget about them?

We completely forget about how blessed we are sometimes.
We just don't acknowledge them, or we sometimes just don't think off them as blessings to put it striaght.

Wouldn't you agree?

2 examples using F-word!

Food-The most delicious of all the blessings in my opinion. *Mmm Mummy's Cooking (TAKE AWAYS)

Some people in 3rd world countries aren't as fortunate as we are to be blessed with so much food, are they?
To be spoilt for choice, food is readily available for us anywhere we look. *Goes To Check Full Fridge*

*Lets ALL Be Grateful*

Is Food Readily Available For This Poor Mother And Child?

Rasulullah (prayers and peace be upon him) said : " Look towards those who rank below you, so that you may get used of being thankful, and do not look at those who rank above you lest you should despise the favours of Allah swt upon you "(Narrated by Ibn Hibban)

Important reminder,don't you think?

Family- How fortunate are we to be loved and cared for by our family?
-To have someone to talk to everyday.
-To be there when we need a shoulder to lean on.

Blood is thicker than water isn't it?
Are our eyes covered with money left right centre?

If a best friend gives you your favourite present ######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_blog.jooce(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/gift.jpg[/img]
and surprises you with something special worth so much we would want to pay them back right and thank them for their kindness?
And try and match their kindness.Thing is our best friend is Allah who has bestowed us with so much and we just abuse His gifts and presents, why?

How is your best friend *insert name or names* different from Allah?

We are ungrateful and still Allah keeps giving us more blessings and love.

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_vivezlamour.files.wordpress(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/2008/01/love-heart.jpg[/img]

So in other words,we abuse the blessings we have and still Allah gives and loves.

Is That Fair?

Do We Deserve It?

Where is our love for Allah-The Lord Of The Worlds?

Do We Need A Big Sign Like This Whenever Allah Bestows His Mercy And Blessings Upon Us?

How much do we breathe everyday?

We will never be able to match Allah's mercy with thanks, but why don't we even try?

I'm going to try.

Will you? *YES*

The gift of eyesight,
the gift of hearing,
the gift of good health,
the gift of friends,
how much do each of them cost to get back?
[using large font size is not allowed]

Money can't buy those blessings,they are priceless,true?

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yetcriticalgamers(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/archives/pictures/CheapDeal_MonopolyMoney.jpg[/img]

*Well Monopoly Money Can't Anyway And Thats For Sure^^!!*

Think about it?

Can A Blind Man Buy Eyesight? NO!
Can A Deaf Person Buy Hearing? NO!
Can A Sick Person Buy Health? *Well Yes You Say, GO GET SOME MEDICINE*
Ok ok you beat me there *Hands Over Award*
[using large font size is not allowed]

But a large sum of money can't buy health in general right?
Where do you see 'HEALTH' for sale?
**Nowhere**

Here is a very touching poem for us to reflect and ponder upon.

I cried and cried cause I didn't have the newest pair of shoes,
until I saw someone with no feet,

I cried and cried cause I didn't have the most money,
until I saw somone who is dying of poverty,

I cried and cried cause I didn't get 100% in my exams,
until I saw someone who failed all their exams,

I cried and cried cause I didn't get the perfect parents,
until I saw someone who was an orphan,

I cried and cried cause I was in pain, left, right and centre,
until I saw someone in a wheelchair smiling,

I cried and cried cause I didn't have the best food, the most expensive,
until I saw someone who has no food,
until I saw someone who struggles to even find a slice of bread
. . . . . . . . .
~Aaqib

Who's Aaqib? *Unsure*

Why do we all take so many blessings for granted?

Why does it only hit us when we lose them?

Why do we want more and more when we get more blessings?

Questions we MUST ask ourselves don't you think?

Perhaps that was why Allaah repeatedly asked us this question in SURAH RAHMAN.

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (055:013)

Whenever I read that verse it hits me inside, how about you?

How would we answer Allah if He asks us that?

BLESSINGS COME IN ALL SHAPES AND SIZES--WE ARE OVERLOADED WITH THEM!
Wouldn't You Agree?

Lesson To Take Away **Being More Grateful And Thankful**

[using large font size is not allowed]

What is this really special thing?
What is the _______ then?

*BIG HINT-See TITLE*
Noo Not LIGHT Silly!!

It is-REMEMBERANCE OF Allah(SWT).

That's right REMEMBERANCE OF Allah fills all the gaps above, AMAZING ISN'T IT?
Lots of wonderful benefits and blessings attached with DHIKR.

I strongly sense your stunned right?
Well I was too when I researched on REMEMBERANCE OF Allah and found soo many jewels hidden within the ground.

So remember Me-I will remember you. (2:152)

WoW imagine the Lord Of The Worlds Allah thinking about you.
What could be better then that?

I would go as far as saying REMEMBRANCE OF Allah is a life changing future changing concept, why you ask?
Well I was listening to a lecture on DHIKR and thought subhanallah I'm going to give it a shot.It is so easy to remember Allah yet many of us neglect it right? So I would walk about while saying under my tongue subhanallah alhumdulilah etc.

Try It?

After saying it for a while I felt such comfort, ease and rest inside my heart.
It felt like my soul has been elevated above the world and my body is left on the earth.Alhumdulilah.
I can remember Allah constantly *Subhanallah Alhumdulilah* and type this sentence and read my words thats how easy it is.

Try it? While your reading this-SUBHANALLAH ALHUMDULILAH etc under your breath.

Imagine getting good deeds every second of your life,at every moment the Angels are recording down good deeds.Every second is a pious one, every breath is spent to it's fullest potential. All this is possible with rememberance of Allah *well dhikr every second takes motivation and practice* *But it is possible-BELIEVE*

What could be better then living each second 'to the max'?
Nothing agreed?

I'm not saying do dhikr every second of the day to start with. What I am saying is setting realistic targets each day and then buliding it up and up inshallah.
Try it?

Saying them lightly with your tongue*Subhanallah Alhumdulilah. . .*,SEE HOW EASY IT IS?

DHIKR IS VERY EASY AND LIGHT ON THE TONGUE.
VERY VERY HEAVY AND WEIGHTY IN REWARD.

How many times do we breath?
Try DHIKR with every breath you take.*AIM HIGH FOR THE STARS GO FOR IT*
Emphasising the above points, set a target of say 10 mins of DHIKR say when your in the car STARING outside at the trees with bordom or when your watching TV.
Then bulid and bulid and bulid, bit by bit and min by min eventually you'll be saying DHIKR with your every breath.
Thats the standard we ALL need to reach.Practice makes perfect, what you think?

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yetgeocities(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/islamicwayz/HeartBeatingWithNameofAllah.gif[/img]

What's in your heart?

Heres some very easy and short things you can say every second, everyday!
ALHUMDULILAH
SUBHANALLAH
ALLAHU AKBAR
ASTUGFULLAH-

Laa ilaaha ill Allah-When you say this,Allah mentions yr name to the Angels,THATS AMAZING isn't it?

*Yes It Is*

CONGRATS YOU HAVE EARNED MORE GOOD DEEDS BY SAYING THE ABOVE excellent DHIKR^^^

*Pass It On*

Now keep reciting with your tongue any of the above.
Best DHIKR is Laa Ilaaha Ill Allah.

See how light it is on the TONGUE?
Lighter then a feather and grain of salt?

There are two phrases that are light on the tongue but EXTREMELY heavy on the scale of rewards and are very dear to (Allah) the Gracious One.

Wanna know wat they are?Read on!

These are:
SubhanAllah wa bi-hamdihi

(All Glory is to Allah and all Praise to Him)

SubhanAllah al-azim

(Glorified is Allah, the Great).

Allah the All-Mighty has said:

"Therefore remember Me. I will remember you. Be grateful to Me and never show Me ingratitude" - Al-Baqarah 2:152

The prospect of having the Lord Of The Heavens And Earth Who Is The MOST HIGH Remembering You,YES YOU!!

Is A Special One?

Who else would rather prefer to remember you?

"O you who believe, remember Allah with much rememberance." - Al-Ahzab 33:41

And He said:

"And the men and women who remember Allah frequently, Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and great reward." - Al-Ahzab 33:35

WOW not only does rememberance of Allah bring the special benefits from the PUZZLE but it only gives 'forgiveness'.

People like us need forgiveness right?

Lets not forget the last two words from 33:35.

GREAT REWARD!!!Subhanallah.

Whos words are more truthful then the words of Allah(swt)?

The Prophet(SAWS) said in a hadith related by Abu Musa(RA) "the comparison of one who remembers his Lord to the one who do not remember his Lord, is like comparing LIFE to DEATH." (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol 8, hadith 416)

So let each of us examine that which is in our hearts, and ask ourselves "are we ALIVE or DEAD?"

I'm going to try my upmost best to remember Allah everyday by setting short achieveable targets and then bulid up in 10 mins slots.

What about you my friends? :sl:

Jazakallah Khayr for reading

SWEETEST OF SWEETS IS LIFE[using large font size is not allowed]

Well I did and still am attached to football.Loved to play it day in day out with my friends.
I was obsessed with kicking that round thing.Everytime a friend knocked vrooom off I went out to play!
I had no doubts in my mind to turn them down, not even one.Years went by,days went by... seconds went by and this process of constantly playing 'the beautiful game' kept coming and coming.
Then all of a sudden back a few months ago I had a knee injury and couldn't play footie let alone kick a ball.
This hard me like a rock inside, would won't it?
Since my attachment to the game grew stronger as I got older.
I would see my friends enjoying themselves down at the astro.
And feel sad I couldn't go join them. This dark feeling of loss crept in.
I'm sure you have felt an attachment of some sort suddenly leave you within a split second?
Be it:
Person?
Hobby?
etc. . ..
Made me wonder and ponder upon this question deeply, these worldly materialistic attachments, are they worth being soo attached to?
Temporary gains then suddenly leave you quickly giving you nothing but a feeling of loss?
No right?

Then what will stay with us throughout our life?
What is worth being attached to within?

Read on to find out my friends?

****HOMER SEE SWEETIE LOTS OF SWEETIES***

Homer isn't the only one staring closely eyes locked down on the sweets is he?

Its interesting because we are soo attached and attracted to the sweets on top we miss the plate at the bottom completely that holds the sweets within.
Now lets says those sweets=life
Full of sweetness wherever we look.To the left,to the right, even in the middle.Ok ok now you noticed the plate. But do you notice something else?
No?
Well what about the table?
Where am I going with this you ask?
Good question!
I am trying to say that if we are too attracted to life a.k.a. (heey a.k.a=aaqib khurshid ahmed yipeee)
the sweets we'll miss the things round it meaning the things that keep life(sweets) upright and upheld. You see the table is holding the plate is holding the sweets isn't it?
So basically in english I am saying that life is full of attractions and surrounded with sweetness. If we are not careful it can distract and put us off what should be our first and formost foundation in life, our top prioty.Which is our DEEN/RELIGION!!

What is our Religion--World Affairs Balance like?

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yetsbac.edu/~tpl/clipart/Toys/seesaw.jpg[/img]

Is our balance too swayed to our Dunya(worldy affairs)?

Its interesting because sweetness can come in many forms, different shapes and sizes.
Take a look at the sweets are they same colour/size/form?

Nop!Exactly!

So basically attractions in this world come in different forms.
However if one has a strong foundation in their deen/religion they can overcome the trials they are faced.

[93:4] The Hereafter is far better for you than this first (life).

'far better'?
Subhanallah!

Whos words are more wiser or more truthful then the Lord Of The Worlds?

The Prophet (SAW) once compared the two beautifully when he said "The wealth of this world (dunya) is like a drop of water on the head of a pin, compared to the vast oceans of the hereafter."

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yetsouth-staffs-water.co.uk/business/business_images/pin.jpg[/img]
Ok go dip that pin into water and then the remaining droplets=WEALTH OF THIS WORLD

######you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_you are not allowed to post links yettreehugger(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/ocean-turtle.jpg[/img]

Oook what is bigger the drip of water from a pin or the ocean above?
How much difference is there?

A LOT RIGHT?
Even just a snapshot of an ocean is SO MUCH BIGGER then a drip of water.Imagine the whole ocean.
It would be 10000000000000000....00000000000000 times bigger.Subhanallah.

Right there is your comparison between the HEREAFTER and this WORLD.

My Mouth has dropped to the floor aswell!!
Stunned/Shocked right?

Ocean compared to a tiny water droplet.
What is better?
What lasts longer?

Subhanallah. Before we read the Hadith. Now we have a visual imagine for more effect.Next jump in an ocean then ask yourself what is bigger/better/more lasting.
This life or the HEREAFTER?
A single water droplet or an Ocean?

Actually an ocean may be hard to find, how about a swimming pool?
Still massive difference right?

Brothers and sisters,

Picture this, your in a waiting room about to take a journey,if I said paint the room, put EXPENSIVE stuff in there you'll think I'm mad right?
You would never think of improving the waiting room since you will leave that waiting room. You will have the journey ahead in mind.As time ticks by second by second you wait in the room and suddenly the train arrival is called and you leave the room you were in.

See this dunya is our waiting room so why decorate it with idle things?
We should think about the journey ahead which is the Hereafter. The train is the grave where we'll passage upon.Bulid towards the Hereafter with our good deeds.
When we face death will our family,money,42 inch plasma T.V. and football come with us?
Nop thats left behind sadly?
Only our good deeds will benefit us!!

This dunya is like a shadow. If you try to catch it, you will never be able to do so. If you turn your back towards it, it has no choice but to follow you.
Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah

So true!
Life is like air.If you try and grab it,can you?

~~**Come Take A Tour Of Jannah**~~[using large font size is not allowed]

Whatever we do,we will pay the price.

Even if it means crawling for a grain of rice.

In the gloomy depths of Hell or in Paradise.

A pious believer is like a parrot dying to fly out of it's cage.

For the unbeliever this is the hereafter, the ultimate stage.

Little does he know about the awaiting reward.

Which is full of luxuries and blessings, where no-one gets bored.

You'll enter the 8 gates of paradise if it's in your fate.

Your intentions and actions will determine your faith, please appreciate.

On entering the gate, you'll be surrounded by bliss.

Remember the hereafter,forget the mess.

Four rivers will be granted by the Divine.

Full of water, milk, honey and even wine.

People will live in lofty mansions built high.

Where they'll live forever,where no-one will die.

It's bricks will be made of silver and gold.

Which not even us all put together could mold.

The climate will be perfect, not hot nor cold.

Things which slipped free, you will be able to hold.

A hundred years it will take to circle a tree.

Forget the past, your soul has been set free.

Spending time with our whole family, the lot.

So remember the Hereafter don't lose the plot.

There will be no calls of nature,no-one will sleep.

There will be no worries,no tears and no one will weep.

When people sweat,it will smell of musk.

Allah swt will be praised from dawn till dusk.

Subahanallah,Mashallah,Allahu Akbar,Ya Allah,Alhumdulilah.

When walking along there'll be many meetings.

With Prophets and Angels exchanging greetings.

Such is the ecstasy that will then prevail.

When Allah swt removes His veil.

There are many levels to paradise and we should pray.

That Al Firdaus, the highest will be where we stay.

Allah swt has showered us with His grace.

And we have to be worthy to show our face.

Whatever we do ,we'll pay the price.

In the depths of hell or in paradise.[using large font size is not allowed]

Think of the infinite blessings in JANNAH?
Think of the pleasures waiting for us in JANNAH?
Think?Ponder?Implement?

Do we want JANNAH or the finite pleasures of a 'water droplet'?

What is this life to us? *Hint-See Hadith*

Is it Paradise then?

See my 4th/5th line in the poem.It somes up within a few words the above Hadith.

Subhanallah the Hadith is true right?

Are we in this world to follow our inner desires 'to the max' or follow a perfect way of life? *Islam*

This Life is Short Very Short,Shorter Then Short,Shorter Then Shortest Short.Ok I take it you get the point!

[17:52] The day He summons you, you will respond by praising Him, and you will then realize that you had lasted in this life but a short while.

[23:112] He said, “How long have you lasted on earth? How many years?”

[23:113] They said, “We lasted a day or part of a day. Ask those who counted.”
[23:114] He said, “In fact, you stayed but a brief interim, if you only knew.

[79:46] The day they see it, they will feel as if they lasted one evening or half a day.

We all say the phrase 'time flies by so fast' right?

"One of the things from which I fear for you after me is that which will be given to you from the flowers of this dunya and its ornaments." Muslim & Bukhari

Are We Slaves Of Allah Or Slaves To Our Desires?

FORGET THE PAST--IT'S HISTORY
FORGET THE FUTURE--IT'S MYSTERY
REMEMBER TODAY--IT'S A GIFT THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED THE PRESENT..

Make The Most Of Today!Who knows what tomorrow or even the next second has in store?

Yesterday I was 5, today I am 19 and tomorrow I am . .

I'm going to try and give 100% today what about you?

EVERY SOUL SHALL TASTE DEATH*EVEN YOURS*[using large font size is not allowed]

DEATH is a concept EVERY single human being on this earth believes in.We have no doubts about it.
In other words everyone be it young or old, from any country or background believes in this verse from QURAN:

Every soul shall have taste of death

Afterall who will live forever?
You?
Me?

During my childhood I have experienced the deaths of very close relatives and the one that had the most impact on me was the death of my Aunty. She was like a 2nd mother to me,I loved seeing her daily back in Pakistan. She was one of those people who did enough to your heart just by their presence. She treated me like a son.Her own son passed away years back.15 years on I remember her face. When she passed away, back then I found it very hard to take in.Suddenly your heart feels this sense of lose, like a big part of it has gone away.I used to cry at school, cry in class, cry at home.I could make myself cry at any moment, any time and any where.I'd just think of my Aunty and blast in tears.I have hidden my strong feelings for her from my parents for many years.Because I deeply love my parents and don't want them to cry.I always looked forward to seeing my Aunty. But one day when I went to her house and she wasn't there sitting at the left side of the sofa to pick me up and give me like a mother's love,I felt it inside.I would imagine being with her in my thoughts and that was a way for me to feel I'm with her.Btw this is hard for me to write because I'm nearly in tears but khayr it's ok.My Aunty had something special.I'm not sure what it was,or what quality she had that really touched me.Maybe her voice, her modesty, her love, her presence or something else..Having deaths of people you love and are close to can be very tough to take in because yesterday your with them in their presence and then today they vanish, just dissapear out your life.

Have You Ever Lost Someone Close To You?
How Did You Feel?
Sad?Tearful?Heavy Inside?

:sl:

Another death that I feel strongly about is the death of my grandparents, from what I heard about my mother's parents, they were very pious. They were givers to the world and took care of the whole village they were in :sl:.They passed away before I was born.I have grown such a strong love for old people.Whenever I saw an old person I feel like calling out 'Grandad or Grand ma'.I seem to bulid up very strong feelings and emotions inside when my eyes catch the sight of any old person from any race.It is like even tho I don't know them I would do anything for them and love to give them worlds of happiness.I'd love to emulate the character of my grandparents. They were very wise mashallah.I don't like to mention my grandparents to my parents because it is a sensitive issue to talk about.Years on when I saw a picture of him in an album I blast to tears. My eyes suddenly filled up and I couldn't control it so ran out the room to cry where no1 could see me.Having such events at say the ages of 4/5/6/7 is hard for anyone to take in right?[using large font size is not allowed]

But subhanallah Allah gave me the patience and strength to overcome those losses.I didn't let the deaths overtake my life, just overtake a few moments I was alone.

Looking back at those incidents I thought to myself-

what is this life where close one's pass away and leave you[using large font size is not allowed]?

Can We Really Love This Life Where Our Loved Ones Leave Us When We Least Expect It?

No, Right?
[using large font size is not allowed]
Never!

Let me set the stage and share another 2 death incidents with you in depth.I admire the contrast within them.

By sharing real life death experiences it relates strongly to reality right?

A police officer in a Muslim country wrote the following letter to a Shaykh describing the events that led to his return to Allah. He recalls:

Seeing accidents and crash victims was a normal part of my day, but one incident was different.

My partner and I had parked on the shoulder of the highway and began to chat. In a random second, the scene shattered to the hideous sound of metal bodies becoming one. We threw our heads back to see what had happened: a head-on collision, the result of a vehicle slipping into the lane of the oncoming traffic.

You couldn’t describe the carnage. Two young men sprawled in the first car, both in critical condition. We carried them gently away from the car and rested them on the ground.

Quickly we returned to assist the owner of the second car. He was dead. Back we went to the two young men lying side by side on the pavement.

My partner began dictating the Shahadah to them. “Say: La iIaha illAllah (there is no god but Allah), La iIaha illAllah…”

... their tongues wouldn’t acknowledge. They started humming the hypnotic lyrics of some song. I was terrified. My partner had experience however and he kept repeating his instruction.

I stood watching, no movement, eyes locked. Never in my life had I seen anything similar to what was going on before me. In fact, I’ve never actually seen someone die, and never in such a satanic way.

My partner continued to instruct them to say the Shahadah but there was no use. The hum of their song came to a slow silence, slowly. The first one stopped and then the other. Not a stir. Dead.

We carried them to our patrol car, my partner made no effort to speak. Not a whisper between us two as we carried the corpses to the nearest hospital...
[using large font size is not allowed]

The police officer that we mentioned earlier fell back into routine, as he narrates, and started to drift from Allah. But another event happened to him that sealed the return. He continues:

... What an odd world. After some time, about six months, a strange accident took place. A young man was moving along the highway normally, but within one of the tunnels leading to the city, he was maimed by a flat tire.

To the side of the tunnel he parked and stepped to the back to remove the spare tire. The whistle of a speeding car from behind. In a second, it collided with the crippled car, the young man in-between. He fell to the ground with critical injuries.

I rushed to the scene, myself and another partner other than the first. Together we carried the young man’s body into our patrol car and phoned the hospital to prepare for his arrival.

He was a young adult in his blossom years. Religious, you could tell from his appearance. He was mumbling when we carried him, but in our rush, we had not paid attention to what he was saying.

However, when we placed him on his back in the patrol car we could make it out. Through the pain his heart was reciting Qur’an! He was so immersed in the recitation ... Subhan Allah, you would have never said that this person was in intense pain.

Blood had soaked his clothes crimson red, his bones had clearly snapped in several places. To tell the truth, he looked like he was staring into the eyes of death.

He continued to read in his unique, tender voice. Reciting each verse in proper rhythm. In my entire life, I had never heard any recitation like it. I said to myself, I’m ... I'm going to instruct him to say the Shahadah just like I saw my friend doing; especially since I had previous experience.

My partner and I listened intently to that soft voice. I felt a shiver shock my back and up my arm, the hair stood.

Suddenly, the hymn ceased. I watched silently as his hand rose softly. He had his index finger pointed upward to the heavens, saying the Shahadah (La ilaha illa Allah/There is no god but Allah). Then ... his head slumpt. Nothing.

I jumped to the back seat, felt his hand, his heart, his breathing. He was dead!

I couldn’t stop staring at him. A tear fell but I hid it in shame. I turned back to my partner and told him that the boy’s life had ceased - he burst out loud crying. Seeing a man cry like that, I could not control myself and my partner faded away behind the fall of my own tears. The patrol car fogged from the emotions.

We arrived at the hospital. As we rushed through the corridors, we told all the doctors, nurses, and onlookers what had happened. So many people were affected by what we said, some stood there speechless and tearful.

No one wanted to lose sight of the boy until they had been assured of the time and place he would be buried.

One of the hospital staff phoned the boys home. His brother picked it up and was told of the accident.

His brother told us about him: He used to go out every Monday to visit his only grandmother outside of town. Whenever he visited her, he made sure to spend time with the poor children idling the streets and the orphans.

The town knew him - he was the one that would bring them the Islamic books and tapes. His dusty Mazda would be filled with rice and sugar and even candies – couldn’t forget the candies – for those families who were in need.

He would not stand for anyone to discourage him from the long journey to that town. He would always politely reply that the long drive gave him time to review his Quran and listen to Islamic lectures on his cassette deck.

And ... and that with every step to the town he hoped for the reward he would find with Allah...
[using large font size is not allowed]

Brothers and Sisters do we want to die while reciting some 50 Cent song or the SHAHADAH?
Do we want our last breath to be some hypnotic satanic lyrics of the HARAM music we listen to?
Yes or No?

Satan's last chance to turn us away from Islam is at our last breath,if we die in a few seconds how will it be?
Have we lived our life according to the SHAHADAH?

[Has not man considered how We created him from a drop of semen? Yet he is an open adversary! He makes something up to be compared with Us and forgets how he was created. He says, "Who will revive [our] bones after they have rotted away?]

Will we live forever and ever?

What happens when we die?

Allah replied Ubayy and everyone else who dares make the mistake: [Say 'The one Who raised them up in the first place will revive them. He is aware of all creation.'] - Surah YaaSeen 36: 77-79 (From Tafseer Ibn Katheer) *Note-Green^ is my words not Quran*

Can we really dare to even doubt the slightest of being revived?

Today We Read Death Incidents Of Other Muslims Through The Media.
Tomorrow Other Muslims Will Read Death Incidents Of US!
Yes Us!You Me Us!

Imam Ahmad records from Abu Dardaa as saying:

“If only you knew what you will certainly see upon your death, you would never eat again a single bite out of a craving appetite, and you would never again drink an extra sip of water for the pleasure of unquenchable and insatiable thirst.”

Why do you think he said that?
What events happen when we die my friends?

Remember Your Grave. . . . .

Remember your future home remember your grave,

To Allah we all return so don't misbehave,

gives oceans of Dawah maybe a soul you save,

strive for Jannah its what our hearts crave,

pious muslim is blessed subhanallah with future so bright,

Jannah aint easy aint gonna fall into your lap,

you have to work for it like a pro footballer earn your cap,

My Whole Life Changed In A Split Second[using large font size is not allowed]

1 events really sticks out in my life and I'm going to mention it here aswell as the lessons I learnt.. .

The incident was this year (2008) I was in a football tournament and we were cruising along, everything was on a high. Then we had got the great news that my team had gone into the Semi finals. The whole team was really excited to play in the final rounds especially me.Who was bursting with excitement. We had 1 more game to play which didn't affect the results. So we got playing and since I had played in every game beforehand I was chosen to be sub.As the game went on and on.The coach of the team decided to let me play for a few minutes. So I was there in the astro, really focused and picturing the semi final to come.As the ball came to me suddenly I slide on the slippery astro and then my knee just went.Subhanallah everything changed in an instant. My head span in circles and I was shocked at what happened.I coudn't walk so people helped me up.Then I realised shortly that was my whole tournament over and my whole surrounding aswell as atmosphere had changed.I was in pain with every step I took and my tears floated my eyes.I was trying my upmost to walk but just couldn't. People didn't think it was as seriously as it was. Then after a while I asked for crutches to support me and as time went by.My team mates went over to play in the semi final while I was taken to the hospital. The pain was overtaking me physically and mentally but subhanallah kept kool and praised Allah.

Then I had to wait at hospital by myself and thought only crutches will help me get round.I got them but had to wait a few hours in the waiting room.I was thinking "Salah,Salah" because I love my prayer and if I had to I would have prayed it in the hospital inshallah.I ordered a taxi.

Since it was time for asr prayer, once I'd got my crutches I went by taxi to the central Masjid.I found it really hard to do Wudu at the Masjid cause my knee was in a lot of pain.I was worried I would slip cause I came close a number of times.Subhanallah Allah gave me the strength to do it.Then as I struggled to walk upstairs I asked for a chair to pray on.I was thinking it was only a matter of hours that I was standing like these brothers praying my prayers.Once prayer was done I was hungry so went to Big Johns and the brother goes 'Yesterday you were walking perfectly, what happened?' Seeing me in crutches the next day was a shock for them aswell. Then went back to my accomadation. This 10 minute walk back seemed like a journey of hours and hours that would never come to an end,SERIOUSLY!With every step I took forward I was in severe pain and felt like crying,so held it within me.Tears were floating my eyes so I praised Allah knowing that would reduce my pain and relax my heart."Subhanallah,alhumdulilah....".It really helped!I slowly walked and walked then the blister on my 2 hands started to grow bigger so I increased my DHIKR.My knee felt unstable so I kept in mind patience produces the sweeter fruit and I'll be back in my accomadation soon. When I got inside,I was in 2 minds, should I tell my parents or not?I decided to tell them after a few days.My knee had swollen up badly but alhumdulilah I didn't let it affect me to the extent I'd break down.

At Uni it was even harder to go about cause my hands would get large blisters and go really red but I couldn't let my parents down.I've come to Uni for a purpose, a mission so kept up with my studies.Stairs was tough for me but I managed, step by step.I knew my faith in Allah would help me get through this.Subhanallah I was able to pray on the chair in the prayer room at uni but had to travel quite a distance in between lectures but thought inshallah every step I take 2 the prayer room will give me immense reward cause each step was hardship for me.Doing wudu there was difficult aswell but I thought to myself 'slowly but surely' and if I can do wudu in this condition then I can do wudu in any state.

Over the month slowly and steadly my pain decreased and after a month the happiest day of my life came. I was able to pray properly without a chair and do Sujda to Allah.I felt really happy, extremely elevated and I was crying in happiness.Nothing in the world could beat this!Even though whenever I stood up my left leg was near to breaking down, the fact that I could bend my knees further motivated me to go for it alhumdulilah.

I would reassure my parents and friends '2 weeks and I'll be 100%' and now its been a few months and I'm still limping.Subhanallah.Then I got in the situation where I just couldn't do so much with so little time.I knew my studies were my main focus. So told my mother to stay with me for a week.Subhanallah I felt at such ease.My room was tidy,my food was set and everything felt so great.I was amazed at how much my mother done for me and still never complained once.During this experience I was called various names like 'Crippled','Disabled' and 'Retard' and I responded by a smile and inside thought to myself I'll let the Angels respond to them. Also I tried to blank them out and carry on going.I found it very hard to walk about cause with each step I'd be limping.People frequently would stare. What kept my knee pain steady and strengthened my heart was rememberance of Allah, remember that chapter?

I knew in my heart that I had to keep up my Islam,Iman and Ihsan and exceed the level I am currently at.I believed in myself to use this hardship to make me a stronger and better person rather then breaking down and weakening myself physically, mentally and emotionally, so I'd travel to the central Masjid on my crutches to pray some salahs. And keep up my nafal prayers subhanallah pushing myself to do more then I did when my knee was fit.All by the mercy and love of Allah.Seriously my beloved friends, without Allah I would have broken down into pieces and been really depressed and in a mental state.I experienced none of that subhanallah.By Allah with us we can overcome anything, everything at any time. Agreed?

This experience made me think a lot cause inshallah I'll be 100% very soon but some people live their whole life being victims of such words and such injuries.May Allah reward them for their hardships, ameen. As months went by my walking improved.Still limping but subhanallah a big difference to how I was a few months back.Alhumdulilah I'm on course for good marks in my first year at Birmingham Uni.I tried my upmost to not let this major setback affect my studies.
It is a great blessing to be able to walk.
I got in a state where I would pay any sum of money to walk properly but money can't buy good health can it?
Can It?

I learnt that hardships bring out your true character and what brings success is trust in Allah (not by merely saying I TRUST Allah,it must come from the heart)
and patience. These verses from the QURAN and sparkling sayings from HADITH provided me the support, uplift and strength I needed to keep going.

The messenger of Allah (saw) also said:

"The Fire is surrounded by shahawaat (desires), and paradise is surrounded by hardship." (Al-Bukhaarie and Muslim)

Therefore dear brothers and sisters, after knowing this ahaadeeth how can we expect the road to Jannah to be simple, easy and test free? We know very well that the only way to please Allah (swt) and enter paradise is by following the messenger Muhammad (saw) and his companions, yet how similar is our life to theirs?

Think about it!

The Messenger Muhammad (saw) and his companions were extradited from their homeland, mocked at, spat on, tortured, ridiculed, boycotted, killed, slandered and attacked; how much of this do we suffer? The moment we lose a tiny bit of wealth, are shouted at by our parents, labelled by the Kuffaar and face a bit of criticism from so-called Muslims, we completely give up our da'wah, 'aqeedah and zeal to work for Allah's deen.

Is That Steadfastness?
Is That How To Please Allah?
Is That The Islam We Were Told?

No My Beloved Brothers And Sisters,it isn't is it?

"When Allah wishes good for someone he will test him." (Al-Bukhaarie)

"REALLY?" Yes My Friends!

"Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: 'We believe,' and will not be tested?"

Just cause we say the SHAHADAH with our tongues, where is the proof we say it with our heart?

"Through Hardships,being steadfast"---Bingo!

My experience taught me,

Allah is able to do All-things.

-Showed me the child is a part of a Mother's heart.Even though I injured my knee,I felt my parents felt even more pain.I felt it physically but mentally it affected them and my relatives.
So when a child gets hurt--parents feel it more!

Allah never burdens a soul beyond it's potential,it's scope!

You heard that?

-'So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, Verily, with the hardship, there is relief. '

Subhanallah how true are the words of Allah?
VERY!

I was up and running in no time subhanallah.

-Allah Is ABle To Do All-Things!Trust Him!

So next time we face hardship keep this verse in mind 'So verily, with the hardship, there is relief'

Its 100% correct right?

Be prepared,be very prepared.Today we have excellent health, tomorrow we may not.Now we have health, within the next few seconds. . . .
Remember my situation within a split second my whole life changed, whole surrounding, whole outlook and emotions turned?

I was expecting to play in the Semi final, did I my friends?

Thing is Allah is the Best Of Planners. And hardships remove sins and have many blessings attached to them
Once we believe this firmly inside our hearts everything is possible and impossible is nothing.
The pen has been lifted and the links dried from our life story so since everything is written by Allah what better way then to praise him in hardships?
Subhanallah,Alhumdulilah,Allahu Akbar!!!

Even after such a rollercoaster ride in my first year at Uni with lots of twists and turns I managed to pass all my Maths exams(NO RETAKES!!) coming out with nearly a 1st class (68%)
Alhumdulilah.

Subhanallah every story has a happy ending, even yours?
YES my friends!

Jazakallah Khayr for reading!

Perfection Through 'The Pick 'n' Mix'[using large font size is not allowed]

This chapter consists of thirst filling, mouth watering and heart refreshing 'witty' pearls of wisdom.Action packed with treasures to inspire/motivate any reader-young and old!

If I was ever asked this question 'Aaqib name 2 things that had the biggest impact on your faith?'

I would say 4 things make up the primary reasons.

Wanna know the 4 primary reasons to start off with?

YES!

Well there are:

1)QURAN
2)Prophet Muhammad(saw)
3)DREAMS
4)Prayer

Inshallah I'll explain the deep effects of QURAN in detail!
Aswell as our Prophet Muhammad(saw).

Quran

I was reading the Holy Quran one night after fajr and thought deeply to myself the fact that I find it always captures my heart at an instant like an eagle captures it's prey with it's huge claws. The level of elegance, comprehension and beauty within the book is mind blowing and heart melting. It is like each verse has the potential to change your life aswell as your future. It contains profound emotions and glowing warmth that can melt even the hardest of hearts like a rock.On every page I found deep thoughts of insights that intrigued my broad imagination to it's fullest desire, fullest potential. When I open the Quran,I see a new world filled with hope and radiant light which illumines the deeper depths of my soul to another dimension.

Subhanallah!What a blessing!

Wouldn't you agree my friends?
The Quran is a SPECIAL book!

Reading the Quran is very different from other books isn't it?
Why?
Simply because it is the word of Allah, the Lord Of The Words.

We ALL should uncover the exceptional talents of such an outstanding piece of artistry, piece of masterpiece crafted to be accessible to any reader old and young!Allah's Holy Book is a living miracle present that is all too often wrapped in a decorative cloth and placed on a high shelf. The Quran is the bedrock of Islam and thus our complete way of life is contained within it.

How dare we abandon it?!
May Allah forgive us all,ameen.

Numerous virtues have been attached to the reciting, listening, memorizing, understanding and teaching of the Quran. This fine piece of art contains a broad colourful spectrum of Miracles attached to every page of the book ranging from the Mathematical and Scientific to the History and English side.

The superiority of the Quran over all other words is akin to Allah's superiority over His creation so let us recognize and act upon the advice given.

Its very easy to see isn't it why the QURAN has had the biggest impact on my faith, subhanallah.
I'm sure it is the same for you, wouldn't you argee my beloved brothers and sisters? :sl:

How can any1 anywhere doubt the Quran?
Especially after this powerful verse is read!

This Qur'an could never have been devised by any besides Allah. Rather it is confirmation of what came before it and an elucidation of the Book which contains no doubt from the Lord of all the worlds. Do they say, "He has invented it"? Say: "Then produce a sura like it and call on anyone you can besides Allah if you are telling the truth." (Qur'an, 10:37-38)

WOW! After reading that verse my friends how do you feel?

It clears all doubts right? *NODD AND A SHOUT--YES!*
Truly Allah 'devised' the Quran.

Who else besides Allah could produce such Miracles, such elegance, such words?
You?
Me?
Who?

No one!

In one verse, Allah says, "If it had been from other than Allah, they would have found many inconsistencies in it." (Qur'an, 4:82)

BINGO!Exactly the missing piece of the jigsaw we were looking for!

Lets go have a read of the QURAN and see ourselves!

QURAN=PERFECT=WORD OF GOD

exceptionally blessed and gifted since birth,

nothing nor hardship could tear it apart,

soul so perfect with heart so strong,
sending Noor upon the earth removing the wrong

he is my hero and role model who shone our hearts with light,
provided the message of Islam that was all perfect and right,

he had remarkable character,so great and kind,
he gave to charity even the blind,

subhanallah my heart craves to be like him,
he provided hope when things were dim,

Commentary[using large font size is not allowed]

This poem I wrote thinking to myself 'I am going to express my feelings towards the best of mankind'.
I hadn't wrote a poem about our Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) before so this is my first alhumdulilah.
I was thinking of writing a poem where it bulids up with suspence and then suddenly impacts the reader towards the end.
But thought within a few lines and spaces I'll make my points consise and clear and came out with the above.
During the poem if you notice I've dropped in some important points for us all to consider where the most noticeable one is this:

"time is essence lets use it wisely, time,
seek forgiveness of Allah,O He is the sublime,"

-USING TIME WISELY

Time goes by hour by hour, minute by minute and even second by second.Do we take notice?
Every second we are mover further away from this world and closer to the Hereafter.Do we care?

-REPENT TO Allah(SWT)

Best of sinners are those who repent frequently. Our Prophet(pbuh) repented and begged for forgiveness over 70 times a day.
Brothers and sisters how many times do we turn to Allah everyday?
None?Once?Twice?How much?

This touching saying sums up our Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) clearly!

Don't you agree?

It is reported in a Hadith: Sa`d ibn Hisham said that he asked `A’ishah, Prophet’s wife (may Allah be pleased with her) “Tell me about the character of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).” She said, “His character was the Qur’an.” (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 24139)

Subhanallah!

Whos words were the Quran my friends?

Lets imagine this together, your best friend *insert name* saves you from dying in a violent accident, say a car crash.
Or saves you from drowning?
Or simply saves your life?

Wouldn't we be grateful to our friend?
Wouldn't we want to repay our friend in BIG amounts?

Yes right?

All our life we'd remember that remarkable deed your friend did!

How about someone who saves you from a much much worse and severe torment?
Hell fire can not be compared to any hardship in this world right?
Hell fire is beyond our comprehension. . . . .

Who sent the message of Islam to mankind?
Doesn't he deserve to be loved and remembered in great amounts?

If Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) never sent the message of Islam where would we be heading to?

Think about it!

Our love for the messenger of Allah should be superior then any other love we have, its unconditional right?

Jazakallah Khayr for reading!

I[using large font size is not allowed]slam I[using large font size is not allowed]man I[using large font size is not allowed]hsan[using large font size is not allowed] + StriViNg[using large font size is not allowed]

Sooo I'll start off with how I felt a short while ago.I was feeling as if I wasn't doing enough for my Iman.I felt like I need to do a lot more then what I'm doing now.Thing is no matter how much I do for the sake of Allah it ALWAYS seems soo small especially when you consider Allah's one blessing to me is more then all the good deeds I could ever produce. The gift of eyesight.I felt this strange feeling inside that it isn't enough to just pray 5 times a day or just engage in night nafal prayers or even to go read prayers and Quran at the Masjid. All my good deeds seem small to mee cause I keep thinking I could do more I could do more. For instance say I do Dhikr for 10 minutes from my tongue then I seem to think I could have done it for 11 mins,12 mins etc.I like to be critical with myself and think deeply about how I can improve as a muslim. What about you my friends?.I like to pinpoint aspects of my day and analysis them. For instance if I read a prayer say 4 rakat fard. Then I question myself thinking did I read too fast?Did I read from my heart? Was it prayed as my last prayer?

Do we review ourselves constantly?Once?Twice? How much?

Do we point fingers at ourselves 1St or other people?
Who do we judge first?

This powerful verse cames to mind!

"By Time, Indeed, mankind is in loss, Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience."
[Qur'an, Al-Asr 103]

Wow subhanallah everyone's in loss apart from those who believe and do good.
So when we idle talk chit chat and just sit there are we in gain or loss?
Notice how the verse starts with "By Time" putting it 1st before the 'believed' and 'done righteous deeds'.States the importance of 'Time' right?
Time goes by second by second even when your reading this time vanishes.
Basically this verse told me to make the most of my time, what better way then doing DHIKR every second?

Tell me?

Then while I was researching on Iman I had found the gold of all treasures, the delight of all pleasures, the level of satisfaction my heart craves for.

It was something called 'Ihsan' which is the highest level of Islam.
“(Ihsan is) it’s to worship Allah as you are seeing Him and while you see Him not yet truly He sees you.” (Al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 48)

It is to live each second knowing Allah sees you. This level is the peak of Islam. The level of perfection and is only reached by constant hardwork and determination.I keep saying and thinking to myself, this is the treasure we all need to find, wouldn't you agree?

Subhanallah we found it together my friends!

A big HURRAY!!

Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny?
( ÓæÑÉ ÇáÑÍãä , Al-Rahman, Chapter #55, Verse #13)

Which blessing my friends?

And practice Ihsan. Truly, Allah loves the doers of Ihsan." (Al Qur’an -2:195)

Being loved by someone close means the world to us right?
Imagine someone very close to us *Allah(swt)*,so close we can't be any closer.
Thing is Allah loves us.'Allah loves the doers of Ihsan' even more.
Stronger believer is better then a weaker one isn't he/she?

Why aim for the minimum when the maximum is better?
Meaning why aim to pray JUST the fard prayers when the nafal prayers earn the love of Allah?
Lets ALL put the icing on our cakes mmmmm *CAKE*
We can together strive for the level of Ihsan.

Inshallah(If Allah Wills)

Afterall a foundation is meant be to bulit and bulit upon isn't it?
Not kept at!

*LOOKS LIKE A PILLOW*

Subhanallah I found the pearl in minutes rather then years and years.I thought to myself why strive to be a Mumin when a Muhsin is higher.*Remember 4om previous Chapters AiM High And Go 4 It*
Mumin & Muhsin don't differ by their quantity of deeds but by their Taqwa. When a person is a Muhsin he/she lives their life as if Allah is right in front of them, watching them every second.Every action/deed the person does becomes worship since they are trying to please Allah.By the outside it is if the person is doing a normal worldy action but through the inside there is a strong connection between them and Allah.Subhanallah.Thing is no matter how pious one becomes there is always room for improvement right?

Since no one is perfect!

I feel it is better to be harsh on yourself now and weigh your deeds now rather then having them weighed heavily on the Day Of Judgement when the nerves and stress is much more then we can comprehend.Thing is when someone calls you pious it is cause they see the outside of you and your actions. But only Allah knows ones true intentions, only Allah knows what is truely inside one's heart.Satan is very cunning and he can mix good intentions with toxic just like water can suddenly change colour with a droplet of acid.

So if someone calls me pious or praises me, I take it like a pinch of salt cause even I can't claim whether I'm unpious or pious etc since even I don't know my deepest intentions.Allah knows me better then I know myself.Allah is Al-Knowing.

Subhanallah. When one reaches a high peak in their faith its the best feeling ever, its like your soul is above the Dunya and your body is on the earth.Everything seems insignificant to you when your deeply in Dhikr with Allah. It is if He is right in front of you, subhanallah you can feel it with your heart and body but your eyes can't catch it.Its very hard to describe this!

Have we experienced the sweetness and essence of Iman?

Peak Of Imaan. . . .

Ever felt peak of Imaan,
a tingly sensatation running down your body,
sunshine elegantly rises out your heart,
blossoming the flower within into a developed rose,
leaving a scent only dreams can experience,
pious light shines down your face like the moon sparkling at night,
your presence is known by your silence,
tears dripping down your face during prayer,
hardships hit you smile and say subhanallah,
leave footprints on peoples heart with just a smile,
your intentions illuminate your actions with a glow,
inner thoughts remain in Dhikr,
freezing water stabs the skin during wudu,
your body is on the earth while your soul is elevating up away from the world,

Have You Been At The Peak Of Your Imaan?

Can Reaching The Peak Of Imaan Be Brought By Money,If So How Much?

Money Can't Buy Health Or Imaan.

VERY!

Great news is WE *Yes U and I* can be who 'Allah loves'?

Are We This Flower?

Let us link the concept of Ihsan to the mandatory worship, Salah.
The people who pray to Allah with the intention to please Him i.e. they pray with Ihsan (excellence) are the group like a real flower with beautiful fragrance, subhanallah.
The people who pray to Allah to seek praise from others are like an artifical flower, astugfullah!

The difference between a natural flower with a sweet fragrance and an artificial flower is like the difference between life and lifelessness. Similarly every deed of ours is like this flower. We should try to make a beautiful garland out of these flowers and adorn our souls with it.

Which flower are you and I?

How does one obtain Jannah?
Is it easy to reach Jannah?
What is the path to Jannah like?

Read on to find out my brothers and sisters!

'~PAtH To JaNnAh~'[using large font size is not allowed]

The Path That Is Uphill

What Is It Surrounded With?

Ease Like We Think?
Relaxing Like We Feel?

NO!

It Is Surrounded With:

HARDSHIPS--------------------DIFFICULTIES

Thing We May Not Want To Do But Should Do

Brothers And Sisters,How Long Are We Facing Trials And Tribulations For?

Forever?

NO!

Only A LIMITED TIME

Time Will End So Keep Patient............ Be Patient.......... Have Patience

This Path Needs SACRIFICE----------- SELF-CONTROL------------ DISCIPLINCE---------- PERSEVERANCE

HARDWORK FULL TIME & FIRM SUBMISSION UPON THE CREATOR

Is Islam A Part Time Submission To Our Lord?

Needs The Sacrifice Of TEMPARORY SATISFACTION For ETERNAL SATISFACTION

This Path Is Paved By Stumbling Over Hurdles And Hardships

"Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe," without being put to the test?" [29:2]

But We Will Get There---Allah Has Promised Us

Whos Words Can Be More Truthful Then The Lord Of The Worlds?

Yours?

Mine?

Whos?

Every Believer Will Eventually Go To Jannah

What Is This World?---------------------- What Are We Doing In This World?

Are We Really Enjoying This Life?

Are We Content?----------------------- Are We Good Muslims Or Hypocrites?

------------ Do We Talk The Talk And Not Walk The Walk?

Do We Really Love The One Who Created Us?

Are We Making Time To PRAY FIVE TIMES?
Or Are We BUSY BUSY BUSY BUSY BUSY BUSY With Pointless Worldly Affairs?

Is A Few Mins Too Much To Take Out For Our Lord Who Made Us?
Are We Praying Fajr Or zzzz zzzz zzz zzzing?

Is Our Dunya Overtaking Over Deen?

Are We Striving For Eternal Bliss?

Jannah Is Our Home-------------THIS LIFE IS NOT OUR HOME BUT JUST A WAITING ROOM A STATION

Do Not Think You Are Fooled Hurt Oppressed

WORD HARD

A MUSLIM Is Sum1 Who PRAYS 5 TIMES A DAY

Are U Muslim Or A Hypocrite?

A MUSLIMS IS SUM1 WHO FOLLOWS Islam BY THEIR ACTIONS NOT JUST BY THEIR WORDS OR BY THEIR TONGUE

Let Us Be Muslims When We Die

Laa ilaha illa Allah[using large font size is not allowed]

The Prophet (SAW) once compared the two beautifully when he said "The wealth of this world (dunya) is like a drop of water on the head of a pin, compared to the vast oceans of the hereafter."

Satan believes In Allah(swt) Where Is He Heading To?
Jannah?

Hypocrites Will Be In The Lowest Depths Of Hell

Who Are Hypocrites?

“Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths (grade) of the Fire; no helper will you find for them.” (Quran An-Nisaa’, 4: 145)

Muslims Who Neglect The 5 Daily Prayers

So Is It Enough To Be Muslim By Name And Not Our Actions?

NO!

GREATER INPUT=GREATER OUTPUT

LOVE Islam BE Islam STAND Islam THINK Islam SLEEP Islam

Think About It!

YES NOW

MESSAGE TO READERS[using large font size is not allowed]

I'm going to share what I feel is a special poem.It expresses how I feel about Islam and Allah on the whole.

Do you feel the same way or less or even more?

*~Illuminate The Night With Your Light-O Allah(swt). . . . . . .[using large font size is not allowed]

Sublime ecstasy of sparkled incandescence reaching another height,

patient tears of blood flowed up on an endless crevice,

burning the current's path into a deeper frame of emotion full of light,

desires like a thirst eternally quenched by a droplet of sweetness,

captivating the 'Me Myself and I' image from a solitary distance so tight,

igniting the rose within with wonderful comprehension that it craves for,

shrivelling up in your blanket of warmth O Al-Malik during this night,

divine inspiration targets my inner petals like an arrow,

soul enraptured within your sight,

profound elements of melody leaving a sprinkly sensation subhanallah,

La Ilaha Ila Allah printed, your veil so white,

Al-Haiyul-Qaiyum accept ambitions Ameen,

descend and fill my starvation,Al-Might,

infinite nights blossomed with such tranquility,

heart never sleeps, away from fright ,

body sleeps within music of silence let it flow,

soul elevating to it's Beloved,

heavenly sweetness illuminates the glow,

let it grow so bright,

striving to reach ones Full Islamic Potential. . . . . . . . . . .. [using large font size is not allowed]

BACKGROUND INFORMATION[using large font size is not allowed]

This Poem I wrote at 2AM in the morning one cold night.I thought to myself I'm going to push myself and express my feelings towards the Lord Of The Worlds to my best potential.I chose each line very carefully and thought to myself what I'm trying to convey to myself and the readers. The poem is about a special meeting with Allah(swt) *GOD* in the late third of the night when He descends down and I am praying to him.I express my inner feelings towards God and how His magnificant Glory and Mercy has affected me.This poem expressed my emotions and feelings towards a wonderful way of life which is called Islam.

Illuminate The Night With Your Light-O Allah(swt). . . . . . .[using large font size is not allowed]

The night is usually filled with darkness right?
So I chose that title because with Allah's presence even the most darkest of nights can turn into light and shine.

"patient tears of blood flowed up on an endless crevice," [using large font size is not allowed]

Here I attempt with my humble efforts the very deep feelings I go through.Tears are normally watery right,so I thought to make the scene more emotional and deeper I'll install the imagine of 'tears of blood'. 'Patient' meaning they are bursting to come out.

"burning the current's path into a deeper frame of emotion full of light,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Now I'm pushing the limits of emotion.Taking my feelings to another level and dimension. The path I used to take has now transformed into a 'deeper frame'.
"desires like a thirst eternally quenched by a droplet of sweetness,"[using large font size is not allowed]

My cravings have been filled to the fullest with 'a droplet of sweetness'.The glass of my heart is not 'half full' or 'half empty',it is FULL.

"igniting the rose within with wonderful comprehension that it craves for,"[using large font size is not allowed]

My heart has been lit up with understanding it always wanted when Allah(swt) descended down.During the late hours of the night I couldn't catch a glimpse of the Glorious sight but my heart felt it.There Is No God But Allah!

"shrivelling up in your blanket of warmth O Al-Malik duing this night,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Now I am at full comfort,I bow down to Allah and all my problems and worries are gone.My soul felt a blanket of 'warmth' covering it,keeping it protected from the cold night.A pillow as soft as butter had just crashed on my heart leaving a sensation only a muslim can feel.

"divine inspiration targets my inner petals like an arrow,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Knowledge and wisdom targets my heart that is 'bull's eye' with an invisible arrow.I write and suddenly my passion and heart takes over me.

"La Ilaha Ila Allah printed, your veil so white,"[using large font size is not allowed]

There Is No God But Allah(swt).

"infinite nights blossomed with such tranquility,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Endless nights we have an excellent opputunity to turn to Allah and experience such an exceptional 'tranquility'.

"body sleeps within music of silence let it flow,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Peace and calm, calm and peace. No noise during the late hours of the night touches my body.

"soul elevating to it's Beloved,"[using large font size is not allowed]

Dreams of the Unseen.Soul 'elevating' high above the earth and . . . .

"striving to reach ones Full Islamic Potential. . . . . . . . . . .. "[using large font size is not allowed]

Closest we are to Allah/God is during the night.Lets make a *HUGE* effort to turn to Him.I'll going to give it my all,I'm sure you will too my friends. :sl:

Wouldn't You Agree?

Salman al-Farsi quoted the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: "Observe the night prayer, it was the practice of the righteous before you and it brings you closer to your Lord and it is penance for evil deeds and erases the sins and repels disease from the body."[using large font size is not allowed]

-Erases sins
-Brings us closer to Allah
-'Practice of the righteous before you'.
-cure for diseases
-Many more blessings and rewards attached to a few minutes of extra prayer.

All those precious sparkling gifts and much more for just a few minutes of our time during the night. It's more then worth it right? *BARGAIN*

Where else do we find such a promise my friends?

Think About It!

Jazakallah Khayr/Thank You For Reading

If there is no God and Islam isn't the true religion then why does bowing down to Allah feel so good as if nothing else in this world can beat it?
If there is no God and Islam isn't the true religion then why does reading/pondering on the QURAN add another dimension to the lives of Muslims?
If there is no God and Islam isn't the true religion then why did I have such dreams and feel my Iman/Islam/Ihsan aswell as my faith elevated to another level?

Islam is a very beautiful Religion and I tried to convey to the best of my ability using aspects of my life to show how positively correlated it is to our daily lives.

There is no God But Allah and Islam is the True Religion my friends. . . . .

I testify that there are none worthy of worship except Allah(swt), and I testify that Prophet Muhammad (saw) is the messenger of God.[using large font size is not allowed]

Finally,

'What Was Your Inspiration To Write This Book And How Did You Start Writing?'

Good question!

Well my love for writing started just over a year ago in the most unsual fashion.I suddenly made the transaction from not writing to writing, like a *ROCK OR SUMTHING HIT MY HEAD*.In around a year I had written over 75 poems.I shared them over the internet and got a surpriseingly *HIGH* response so that motivated me with passion to keep on writing and to make this BoOoOK.I want to point out to you that I never used to be good at english back in the days.It was my worst subject at school for years and I found it boring back then. What I'm trying to say is ANYONE can write poetry and being good or bad at english shouldn't hinder your chances to write.ANY/EVERYone can write. We all learn to write at the ages of 3/4/5 right?
How old are we now? THATS A LOT OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE! *YES*
I just write poems from my heart and let the words flow out,try it?

Poetry 4 All---All 4 Poetry[using large font size is not allowed]

Poetry 4 All---All 4 Poetry is my unique collection of poems included as an "Axtra" in this book.Alhumdulilah one of my main inspirations for adding this chapter in has been my friends and family who want to see all my poetry in one easy to see place. With the poems in this section, they are varied in terms of writing style and content. To suit anyone and everyone..
So here goes, ENJOY!

My Disabled Friend . . . . .

I deeply hated him, his presence always felt repulsive!

He never had a word to say.
The stalker, why won't he leave me alone?
Go away,
gave him 2 black eyes during the month of May.

I abused him week in and week out.
In school and out school.

I used him like tissue, what a bloody fool.

I even pushed him into a swimming pool.

He was used and abused, I felt kool.

I cursed his family to Hell,

laughed and smiled when he was unwell,

dare he tell,

in the hospital there he would swell,

WHO CARES?
I don't!

He was blind in one eye and deaf in one ear,

a bit like my scrappy old teddy bear,

he went round in a wheelchair cause one leg was missing,

I threwing darts at pics of him instead of kissing,

I suffered a severe accident playing footie, stupid slippery ball,

no one bothered to see how I was or even to call,

I hear someone coming down the hall,

It was my disabled friend.
I shout at the top of my voice
“Go away!”
He gives me his best wishes and prayers then walks off with a tear,

Few days later

I see a folded letter on the table beside me,it was from the 'freak' my disabled friend.

It read,

Asalaam Alaikum bro,
my number 1 pro,
I pray your in good health,
I pray for your wealth,
I always loved U for the sake of Allah;

I only asked for as little as a smile,
not even a fone call for you to dial

Seeing you brang endless pleasure to my lonely heart.
You meant the world to me even when I fell wide apart.

5 Years ago you were involved in a horrible accident, you nearly died.
I gave you my

eye,

ear,

leg,

as a prizeless gift just so you

see the world,

hear the world,

walk the world,

like I used to do.

I assumed that was your way of loving me so accepted it.
I couldn't bear any more tears from your parents.
I gave up my happiness and dreams just for you.
I didn't like others calling you the Disabled One.

Your Disabled friend always and forever

Wasalaam

I was bursting into tears, why o why did I treat him so bad,
why o why did I be impatient and mad,
now I'll pay the price, regret it and be sad,

I rushed to my disabled friend's house with passions of love, passions of forgiveness.

Sparkles of strong emotion ran down my sweating skin as deep as an ocean.

The intense melody within me blossomed my stubborn heart to a soft butter like rose.

As I reached his home.
I heard his mother crying. She said,

“Our son is dead,he passed away last night during prayer.”

I stood there with intense regret running through my veins frozen like a snowman. . .

When I see my mum................

When she walks through the door, my face fills with light.
my heart in extreme love and delight.

Every meeting is a loved one with hugs and sweet words,
I cry, "Mummy I love u",
She cries "Aaqib you too".

She fills my heart with extreme love.

All sadness vanishes within thin air.

When I close my eyes I miss her.
when I open my eyes and she isn't in my sight I miss her.

Can't live without my wonderful mum,
my best friend,
my happiness,
my love,
my mum,
all my efforts and happiness are to make you happy.

For you to feel in your beautiful lovely heart,
my son is great,
my son is the best,
my son is a 10/10.

The nights I cried and you were always there.
The nights I was ill you were always there,
The nights I missed you, you were always there.

My mum is very special,
My happiness is your happiness.

Your smile is so cute, so sweet.
I never want to let you go mama ever.

Our hearts are connected my wonderful "ami jaan",
when your hurt, I cry,
when I'm hurt you cry even more,

Care for you always,
always be there for you ami jaan.

Inshallah I can be the son you aways wanted.

Oh Allah grant my mum a high rank in heaven for her exceptional loving character.Ameen.

True Poem!

Oranges. . . . . .

They are so yummy, so juicy, so sweet,
even better then ice cream and meat.

Shaped like footballs, orange and round,
subhanallah what a blessing, glad they were found,

MmMMmm so tasty, amazing food,
great to eat when your sad, they lift up the mood ....

Perfect Music.................

What is Perfect Music?

Everyday I hear the music, so relaxed ,so peaceful.
It flows and glows from head to toes,
beautifully and elegantly through my heart.

Sends chills down my spine,
says a lot to me.

So wonderful to listen to,
alhumdulilah a delight to hear,
never makes a fuss,
never seen by an eyeball.

Invisible!

Just keeps going, and going and going,
forever and ever and ever.

Such tranquility,
such ecstacy,
such a blessing.

Which:

helps me pray,

helps me study,

helps me remember Allah(swt),
in a very clear way.

what is this remarkable piece of music?

The Music Of Silence...

You hear the same as I do right?

What a blessing. Subhanallah!

Don't abuse it..

Tho Wind Touchth Ma Soul

Through the outskirts of the sparkle
the wind comes to eye
my existence
down to the deepest depths of my soul,
deep within
far above
comes to lighten the unborn roses hidden within
blossom the world with my tears
help seeds grow
fruits ripen
become sweeter
flame out the flaming furnace
transform all darkness into glistening pearls
diamonds and gems
wind blowing
wind swaying
to the tingle of the heart
bounces off
like a sudden contraction
opposing attraction
untouched is the sea
by dancing arrays of glamour
of hope
of success
my dust is brighter
then the stars
turn of genius playing melody
control so much with a feather touch
like an orchestra
with so little
particles enchanted
darkness lightened up
soil filled with red blood
sky covered
tho wind touchth ma soul

Now A Muslim, Always A Muslim. . . . .

From darkness I crawl and step into daylight,
subhanallah what a blessing from Allah The Al-Might,
heavy load vanished; jannah my aim my sight,
sins like a new born baby inshallah future so bright,
I will turn to Allah when my heart is hard and even tight,

Allah it is who guides.
He is the turner of hearts changing wrong to right.

I climb the stepping stone the foundation of Islam,
walking through the prickly Dunya with Taqwa avoiding haram.

Feelings of sensatation tingle down my heart,
with patience nothing can tear it apart,

The sun is shining within my rib cage,
ink has dried pen has been lifted right from the life storie's page.

Aalhumdulilah what a blessing,
reverting to Islam has changed
my fate
my life
my outlook
my heart
from darkness from compressing.

I have Islam the world is mine,
I have health watching the sun shine,

what more could I want?
