Salam,

I admit i do delay sometimes half an hour :D but thats because sometimes i wake up and turn off my alarm without even realizing it >.< So i try to set my clock to when i KNOW i'll be up and as close to time as possible.
So i'll say, Yes. Definetly sometimes if not all :D

I pray fajr on time if someone wakes me up (usually my roomate). If it wasn't for him I wouldn't even wake up for work.

Because of Daylight savings day in U.S Fajr really varies during the seasons. During Dec. it could end as late as 7:20, during summer it could end early as 6. So yeah sometimes I make it it sometimes I dun, gotta stop listening to his whispers.

I have found out that the sun rises at 7:45 in east London.

It is better to do it earlier, you shouldnt leave it late.
