:D
Thanks everyone. :D

Zab.. heres the recipe for the first one:
You can use a ready made crust or make one of your own.
To make an 8 inch crust...
2 cups biscuits
1 table spoon melted butter.
Mix the butter and biscuits together in a food processor. Make sure the biscuits are crushed well. Pat the mixture tightly on the bottom of dish being used.

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
8 oz whipped cream
1/2 orange juice (optional)

Method:
Whisk the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, whipped cream and orange juice. Whip till smooth.
Pour into base. Allow to set in fridge for about 2-3 hours.

Recipe for chocolate one
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sweet condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg

topping
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup baking chocolate or chocolate chips

Whip cream cheese till smooth. Add condensed milk and egg. Whip till smooth. Add chocolate chips.
Pour into base and bake for 30 minutes exact. Allow to cool and fridge it.

Topping:
Melt the chocolate and whipping cream together. Bring to a boil. Pour on top of cheesecake and allow to set.

:D / Peace to all,

Aww... Thanks Baree :D I will definitely try one of them out this weekend, Insya'Allaah

I hope you take questions! :D

1Q : Do you use wholemeal crackers or just the normal biscuits? I usually make cheese cakes using wholemeal crackers. Which is better in your opinion Chef Baree?

2Q : How do i melt chocolate and whip cream together? :D This is the first time i heard this. I usually melt the chocolate first and had never added whip cream into it! Must be yummy :D

im no chef haha.

i usually use digestive biscuits. ive never tried wholemeal crackers. the biscuits would give it a sweeter taste i think.

and for the chocolate and whipping cream... you melt the chocolate on the stove and add the whipping cream to it and let both boil.
make sure you use whipping cream not already whipped cream for the topping.

:D

I made some double choc chip cookies this weekend. They came out good for once and it didn't get hard. They stayed soft and they're reallly chocolatey.
One thing I've realised about choc chip cookies, never overbake them!!!!

:D / Peace to all,

Chocolate chips cookies is my turf. :D I made them in thousands every year. :D alhamdulillaah

I am not sure how did it ended up tasting like bread, but, could you have used the wrong flour or perhaps forgotten your oats? Maybe if you share the recipes here, i can dig out the mistakes, Insha Allaah? :D

Baree sweety, i hope you dont mind that your thread had become a cooking class! :D

Q : Baree, when you say to melt it on the stove, you do mean steam, right? :D Also, do you add in any kind of oil to help with the texture?
