What are your thoughts about Islamic music or music that gives Dawah? I have encountered groups that believe all music is haram and some who say that only string instruments should not be permitted. My opinion is that as long as there is a positive message, spreading Islam to both Muslims and non-muslims alike, that it is Halal. So many of our young Muslims are being detered from this Deen because they don't have anything to listen or relate to; so as a result they listen to "worldly" music filled with the message from shaitan.

I have heard that music is the voice of shaitaan.. We must not hear it.....
Even when it is used with Islamic songs , we must not hear it.....
I am not sure about this...

Personally, I like Islamic nasheeds ... all of them .....
