Let us compare that with Jannah. In Jannah, we can eat and drink whatever we like without limit, and we do not even have to relieve ourselves and we don't even suffer from over eating, stuffedness, and becoming a couch potato. We don't even get fat. We don't eat for nutrition, but for pleasure and pleasure alone.
In dunya everything is a mixture of purity and impurity. There is nothing that is completely pure and nothing that is completely impure. May Allah grant us to Jannah.
On earth we should eat according to the instructions of Rasulullah. Over eating and stationary lifestyle are the reasons for obesity and sudden death, but not a particular kind of food in general.
Now let us come back to earth
Raw Egg - Some people mistakenly think eating raw egg is good. It is not good to eat raw egg, specially the white stuff. Egg whites contain high levels of avidin, a protein that binds biotin strongly, thus causing biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency mean, hair loss, baldness, fine and brittle nail, dry skin and rashes ... When cooked, avidin is denatured and becomes entirely non-toxic, it is good to eat cooked egg.
Beans - Good and cheap source of protein, I really like beans, specially mixed with tomato sauce and chatni. Excellent source of complex carbohydrate and fiber and also a good source of phosphorus, iron, protein, magnesium, manganese, and potassium. Much lower in fat content..
Tip: Make sure you don't eat too much, less the better.. Eating too much at one time will cause intestinal discomfort.
