Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahee wa Barakatu,

I am planning to build a fee-based membership website.

I have been thinking of having a Blog or Forum, but turn it into a fee-based (read-only) membership site where customers can read ebooks etc.
However, I am ready for other options, too.

What are good ways to build such a site. Is Joomla a good tool?
