Is it still good to break fast when one has not been able to make salah for asr yet?

(plz don't consider this as an authentic fatwah)
as i know, breaking the fast depends only on the time, and it's highly reommended to accelerate the "Iftar" as soon as the Maghreb time comes.
while on the other hand, it's too bad to delay the prayer tell the next prayer' time, especially there are alot of options to facilitate performing the Salah in case of facing any diffeculties. gathering 2 brayers in one time, shortening the 4 raka'a prayer to be 2, praying while sitting on seat in case of travilling or silmillars, commiting Tayamum instead of Wodhowa in case of lack of water,......etc
