Brother No one is an angel we are all sinners so have hope and CONTINUE TO SELF REFLECT brother and pray the Salah and ask Allah to give his bounties to your family too. Surah Taha 020.131 PICKTHAL: And strain not thine eyes toward that which We cause some wedded pairs among them to enjoy, the flower of the life of the world, that We may try them thereby. The provision of thy Lord is better and more lasting. Bro i would advise you to start looking for a pious and good Muslimah, there are loads who need good husbands and you will not enter into Zinah inshAllah and a good wife will be good for you to stop the Ganja well before. The ayah says it all brother please reflect.

6. ~ Britain Told To Make Peace With Taliban ~

May Allah protect the Muslims & Innocents of Afganistan. I dont like 9/11 but you cant carpet bomb a country for the sake of a few men. If it means peace then yes of course Britian should start negotiations with them if it means ending the bloodshed.
7. 20,000 In Turkey Demonstrate Against Pope

Allah bless the Muslims of Turkiyyah. Such brave souls in the face of forced & unwanted secularism (did you know Marshal Law has been imposed 32 times to quell uprisings against the state since its creation)? Only know they have just managed to force off communism. Allah make our brothers and sisters there strong and everywhere.Ameen.

10. Shaykh Albani - May Allah Forgive Him

Walaikum Asalaam, Br Malabari, Jazakhalla for the reasons. Very good reasons they were too, much as i am vehemently opposed to his works, nevertheless those 3 reasons are good. My indiffernce to Shaykh Albani was simply due to his errors but nobody is perfect. Also i want to get past the "Dogma" surrounding this and just get to know more about the person. SiR, Brother as i said i disagree with a lot of things about the Shaykh however this doesnt mean i cant have an open mind and just find out about him/them/others from as many sources as possible. if you DO know reasons, please aide me in my quest and state so, however if they are just as you say slanders then dont put the sin on your own self brother and just leave it. So was King Abdullah of Jordan lenient to him them assuming of course that he was as he let him stay there in exile? Does this mean he was close to the hashemites in the end? What were his last works, did he do any new ones whilst there? Jazakhalla.
11. Asalaam Alaikum, I have read Shaykh Albani(ra) was moved from Saudi Arabia and lived his final days in Jordan (or was it egypt). However why was this as it seems strange? Does anyone know?
12. Ottoman Caliphate And It's War Against The Uprising Of Najd

Asalaam Alaikum brother Malabari, Yes you are correct of course, the majority of them are probably Hanbali Alhamdullilah. I like this btw. However i think i said this because i had read Ibn Baz wrote a full page advert in a major saudi newspaper saying "we dont follow madhab, we follow Quran & Sunnah) (ie> theyre own interpretation of it). Allah knows best but other ppl have also said this, it was such a big statement i probably need reminding, so thanks. In defence i will say sometimes when i meet Saudi influenced Muslims they are hostile to Madhabs, so you cant blame me entirely for this. See my above statement, btw i am also not against all scholars there. I admit i have a bit of a soft spot for Shayk Uthamymeen(ra). I also know some have been jailed for speaking out. Hence i have not bought up a lot the issue of siding with the kuffar for this reason. i do not beleive it was false. However i can beleive you may say Najd was not popular with the Science of Ihsan (the constant beleif Allah is watching you). Im not sure, but i also know Najd was the region of Kharijites based on popular hadith. Especially the tribes, this explains the Kharijite rebellion of that era. of course not all where kharijites, nor as i saying for one minute Mohammad abdul Wahab(ra) was. Just stating some facts which are common. Too big a generalisation brother, however i will say the scholars who spoke out against ibn Arabi(ra) later in life softened their stances on him. By this i mean Ibn Taymiyyah(ra) and Ad-Dhabi(ra). Clearly their outer meaning was never meant to be taken literally, hence the opposition to it. Or let me put it another way. Imam Suyuti(ra) who was bordering near a Mujtahid Imam (some say he was), could memorize 100,000 hadith by heart forbid his students from readin Ibn Arabi(ra). . Why you must ask? For the same reason he didnt want the outer meaning to be apparent of someo of his quotes and this is why, once he had cleared this, he allowed them. Can you tell me someone in this day and age who can memorise 100,000 hadith and be classed as a Mujtajid Imam please? If it was good enough for him, its good enough for me. Also much as i do admire Mohammad Abdul Wahab(ra) on certain stances, can you tell me his scholarly background? Whether he had ijazah in hadith? If so from whom? and where they direct chains to the Sahaba? Kitab al Tawheed may be a reverred book, but clearly it is not a masterpeice of scholarship, simply because it is just the opinions of one man. I had heard he actually travelled to Persia. Once i find out more i will post inshAllah. Brother i take my source as Sayyid Muhammad bin Abbas ibn Alawi al Makki the grand Mufti of Makkah and Imam of the Haramayn for 13 years and grandson of the Prophet Salalahu Alayhi wasalaam. 5 of his ancestors where Imams of the Kabah. Read the collosus Mafahim Yajibu an Tusahah which he wrote, which collates all the material of Mohammad ibn Abdul Wahab(ra) and trust me he was far more learned than me and you and any others since it was his native Saudi Arabia. InshAllah just as i goto alot of sources, i beleive so will you. Then truly we can say we have opened our eyes. Alhamdullilah End of the day though Allah knows best. Walaikum Asalaam warahmatullahi wabarakata'uh
13. Ottoman Caliphate And It's War Against The Uprising Of Najd

Asalaam Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakata'uh, Br Mahawi SubhbanAllah you are correct (Iraq), i have realised i was getting mixed up. The BOUNDARIES FOR IRAQ where made up by some twitty general in oxford/cambridge (ie> to seperate the Muslims), i confused this with the name, so yes Iraq is the olden name. Secondly regarding the Ottomans being good, they made mistakes for sure. The "Young Turks" where secret Donmes Jews. (ie< a Jewish sect) who plotted against the Khalifate, and whatever peoples opinions of them, they were destroyed by rebellion from within and outside rebellers. Of course Allahs will, however i will say one thing. I have a soft spot for them, you know why? They took Islam to the Heart of Europe Twice (www.)"you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_en.wikipedia(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wiki/Battle_of_Vienna"]you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_en.wikipedia(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wiki/Battle_of_Vienna They took Islam to the gates of Europe itself( Vienna) The twitty Neo-cons of elite Europeans where quaking in their boots. Read: (www.)"you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_en.wikipedia(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wiki/Ottomans"]you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_en.wikipedia(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/wiki/Ottomans You know what made them lose in the end? Of course Allahs will, but the wasila (means) was the Safavid Shahs (or Shia Iran). As the Ottomans advaned on Europe, they were attacked from behind, Baghdad was sacked by the Safavid Shahs, Wikipedia quotes: It also reflected the difficulties imposed on the empire by the need to maintain two separate fronts: one against the Austrians, and the other against a rival Islamic state, the Safavids of Persia. So they were back-stabbed and had to retreat, they laid two seiges to Vienna and i have heard, though i cant find the source that apparently one intellectual in Europe said "Thank God for the Safavids, for if it wasnt for them, Europe would be reading Qurans by now" (naudobillah of course at such a statement). So yes i do have a big soft spot for the Ottomans, however the tinpots Political leaders of Saudi (not ppl). What do they have on their CV? Except huge petrol wealth to print out leaflets/cheap books blasting other Muslims, causing divisions, spreading hate & confusion whilst ignoring the huge sky scrapers just a few feet from their noses in Makkah and Madinah. And i havent even talked about siding with the Kuffar, i know a lot of scholars are also unhappy with this so thats why i leave this last bit out. They are so busy blasting others and printing one sides propaganda they are missing their own faults. May Allah rectify them. Ameen.
14. Milad Al-nabi

Mods you should close this thread, if etiquette is obeyed it can continue but if not then it should be closed. Im not saying its exclusivly you SiR so pls dont take this personally. Here is an excellent link to the Mawlid, for those who dont want to click on it i will also post the first few sentences. (www.)"you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_qa.sunnipath(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/issue_view.asp?HD=7&ID=3527&CATE=108"]you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_qa.sunnipath(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/issue_view.asp?HD=...27&CATE=108 In an age and time when Muslims are being attacked by the enemies of Islam from every angle possible, to debate and argue about something that is really a non-issue (yes, a non-issue), such as "The Mawlid" is doing injustice to ourselves. Muslims are being massacred and persecuted day in day out, many are involved in all sorts of un-Islamic activities, youngsters are on the brink of disbelief (kufr), our young brothers and sisters are involved in drinking, drug-abuse and fornication, yet here we are debating whether it is permissible to celebrate the birth of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace). The link has the full article and may Allah enable more tolerance & acceptance between the Muslims Ameen.
15. Milad Al-nabi

Yes i do celebrate it and so should all Muslims. By praising Allah, praising his Prophet, following his example, giving food to your guests, organising talks on his life, praying Salah together there are 101 ways to celebrate it as long as you do it according to the Shariah you will be fine and earning lots of rewards for it. Respect people who dont do it in the manner you and likewise you will receive respect in the manner you do decide to celebrate it. No one is ignorant on this board of the 5 Fundamentals which is very important not to lose sight of.
