  3. Wa'Salam,

very vague brother...it would be inappropraite for anyone to comment as we have such vague details....vetter you ask good practising brothers and give them the full details...

I pray you do go to Umrah...it is amazing!!

  4. Assalamu'Alikum,

lol...it would be if you had to pay more after you got there! Alhumdullilah everything will be paid for in this event all for £30...you also get 500 paintballs...normally there are these offers where its "free" and then you have to pay for paintballs when you get there (100[at]£6-8), then you have to pay for gas and then overalls...this means that you end up paying over £40 and normally upto £60 before you realise enough is enough!

Trust me akhie it is FUN and it is cheap at this price!! Everyone that hasn't been before...you need to go...once you have gone...you never regret it...unless you got hurt badly (i.e. someone using all 500 paintballs at you...on target!)!

  5. Assalamu'Alikum,

I pray everyone is in the best of health and eeman.

Brothers and sisters I am planning to hold a paintballing event for muslims in London. This event will be held in and around July/August, insha'Allah and is only for brothers(so sisters can pass on the message to your brothers). One has to be at least 12 years old and the cost will be £30 for 500 paintballs and 8 games. The venue can hold upto 400 people and I have been there nearly each year for the last 5 years and have some experience in organising something like this on a smaller scale.

I am hoping this event will be big and we can get 400 people to come over...all muslims and also pray together in the fields, which is an amazing feeling! Alhdumdullilah it is really fun and it would be good to go with your brotehrs and fathers to increase the bond between families. It would be great to tell all your friends too...

Now before this post gets dragged some where else...This is not a confirmed event and I was wondering how many people would be interested...these are the key points...

    1) Must be over 12 (Legal age to paintball)

    2) Cost is £30 whether you are an adult or child

    3) Venue is in Essex (Theydon Bois on the central Line) and then you will be picked up the paintballing company or you can go there by car

    4) Payments must be made two week before the event date

    5) You will get 500 paintballs and 8 games lasting the whole day, insha'Allah.

So please post whteher you will be interested and may be even how many people are in your group, i.e. father, brothers, cousins, friends, etc.

    Wa'Salam.

  6. Assalamu'Alikum,

Masha'Allah bro!! Give my boys a chance man!! Sheesh.....jus kidding!

Alhumdullilah there was a small glitch with the Cd's I was using and we couldn't cover Nuh(AS) and Hud(AS).

so as you state this will be covered in part 2....Insha'Allah after marking 800 questions at school I will start to give the answers to the questions with the percentage you got, insha'Allah!

    Wa'Salam.

  9. Assalamu'Alikum.

Jazak'Allah Khair. Lol...Please do make dua for her...subhan'Allah its a test....specially the nights for us and also to bring up a decent muslimah is a big worry! If IF want to borrow her just for the nights let me know...lol...

Subhan'Allah my wife had a little scare yesterday, she was in a shop and just left Ruqqayah on the side next to her when she looked again she saw a woman playing with her...she got the shock of her life!

  10. Assalamu'alikum,

ukthi are your son's scolars? if so masha'Allah!!

Subhan'Allah I am dreading going to Tesco's these days! I just get the basics and it comes to over £60 a week! It's only me, my wife and little one....its pretty much double what I use to pay! It's very worrying.

A reason for prices going up is increase in the demand aswell as decrease in production. Less production and now people are stocking up so increase in demanding therefore increae in price so less people will feel the temptation to stock up!

  12. Assalamu'Alikum,

  13. Assalamu'Alikum,

I always remember one of the answers given by a student in the school I teach. Subhan'Allah it was an answer that took a lot of reflection and I really was amazed to hear him say what he said!

He was actually answering a question about B'days in general. He was saying how IF we start celebrating our own Birthdays then we have to celebrate the Birthdays of the prophet Muhammed, and IF we say we are muslims then we must then Also believe in all the prophets mentined in the Quran. This obviously includes Isa (AS), which would mean thgen we must celebrate Christmas, as that is the birthday of Isa (AS). So he asked the class who celebrates Christmas, the whole class was shocked and understood his point.

If we celebrate these Birthdays, which we should start calling Biddah Day's, then we can start to follow the Kuffar in many things which involve our own prophet. The clear cut thing is none of the Sahaba's gave a Birthday party of any kind to the each other let alone the prophet (SWS) in the times of his prophethood or after his death! SO who are we to invent a new element in our deen? Didn;t prophet Muhammed(SWS) say every innovation leads to the hell-fire?
