  1. “daddy, It Hurts, Then She Died

This is so heartbreaking...I have a two friends from Gaza, one who lives near the farms and outskirts and usually tells me she's scared that she might have crossed the line and be targeted....as well as showing me a picture of their car absolutely destroyed to the core. And then she showed me how the israeli troops didn't kill her family but moved them to their next door neighbour, and destroyed their crop and farming (without even using it) and went away....what how is this fair? is this what religion tells them to do ? And I have another Gaza friend who always gets depressed because his education is being destroyed! he couldn't get a good grade in his late exams and his family are always suffering, he lives in a camp!! it's just unbelievable...And my friends are only 17/18 years old, they should be out there enjoying their lives! not thinking about whether they would be targeted or having fits about their education...and remember, university fees are expensive! and he has a large family, so literally he always looks to bitter and depressed even though i can imagine him being the happy person he can be =(
  2. About Friend

Salam This is the story of my best friend, age of 14, converted into Islam...... She had an English non-religious mother and a muslim father and her father divorced her mother years and years ago. From British law, they did not allow the father to look after the daughter... so he moved back to Libya with his family (with shame) ... She became in her mother's side of life - with no faith. She had boyfriends, she drank alcohol and many more... and her mum was fine with it.. (can i mention that the girl is called Yasmeena) So then Yasmeena had this very very bad illness (she told me not to tell anyone what it was) but trust me it is so bad she was put on life support... her mother cried in sorrow.. waiting for her beautiful daughter to wake up..and her father urgently came from Libya to England to pray for his daughter.. He read the qur'an in her ears gently, she woke up... She asked him what it was...and he explained... She told me that it made her feel warm and close to her father after 7 years of not seeing him. She also said that she felt safe when she read it in her ears. Mashalla now she seeks furthur knowledge about Islam (both hadiths and qur'an) , and doesn't even show her hair to non-religious girls which shows how protective and how important she shows her religion is... she goes to the Masjid to find new Muslim friends But really, Mashalla she learnt Islam by herself, watching television, researching, reading qur'an in English and also asking people about Islam in the Masjid... Now people call her sheikha Yasmeena, and I hope she will be one day =] Inshallah Peace. Ma3 el salama Ala :-)

  14. In Your Dreams...

is it true that if you dream of the prophet (s.A.w) it means you know what he looks like? because i have dreamt of him in my dream and i was fighting against the lkufaar in Mekkah and the prophet (s.A.w) was telling me what to do and to be patient and when to go and fight and when to not, because he looked so beautiful, not like the other...like he was like an angel just different, and his camel was different and everything. Until when i went to see a girl who i call sheikha Yasmeen because she mashallah knows about religion and studies so much about Islam told me that it was the devil represing the prophet (s.A.w) ...i want to know your opinions about this..
  15. In Your Dreams...

Yes, I read about it in the hadith and also the way he acted was exactly how it was in the dream , but at the same time, not all hadith describe the appearance of the Prophet pbuh the same...
  16. The World Falling Apart

I am confused from the fact that people seem to take in Islam and Terrorism in the same pathways... Why do British and American people blame Terrorism in Islam?? I spoke to some non religious people and they said that it was do to with Osama Bin Laden's attack on the projects and that he fought for Islam, and not the war in Palestine... Because in my opinion, Islam has nothing to do with the war going on , am I right or am I wrong? and you HAVE TO explain why.. [using large font size is not allowed]
  17. In Your Dreams...

Salam Thanks I am so happy now lol :sl: yalla ma3asalama
  18. Hi

    Welcome :sl:
  19. The World Falling Apart

Have you noticed that ou can't blame a nation for what has happened in 9/11??? You can't blame a nation and kill their innocent ones just because of the 9/11 attack where there was only about 20 of them?? and have you forgot about Osama Bin laden...is he not from Saudi Arabia? or has it changed to him being from Afghanistan? when the war in Palestine started 50 years ago and still going on ... would you not call that corrupt? or maybe lets say the iraq war.... George Bush said that Saddam Hussain was hiding nuclear weapons...and what is special about the Iraq? its pure oil, the largest hole of oil in the world...this is probably why... ask urself
  20. The World Falling Apart

    hehe that's nice sis....
  21. The World Falling Apart

Wait, i think that people who agree with the war that is going on should be partly blamed for the misunderstanding but the people who mostly deserve the blame are the ones who actually do the war aka the troops. I mean, putting it in the simple way, 9/11 and the londong bombings wouldn't have happened if war in Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan didn't go on. And 9/11 personally wouldn't have happened if the world wasn't about to go corrupt. There was somebody and he spoke to a girl wearing the hijab for example , but in an offending way..... 'why do you wear hijab when you know it looks ugly?' the boy said 'because i am covering my beauty to show respect' the hejab girl said 'take it off it doesn't look good, why does britain have to be filled with rag heads' 'well, you haven't noticed it was like victorians, when the girls had to protect themselves and if that didn't happen they would be cast out of the family and shamed on by the people of the society. You haven't noticed your own culture was similar to ours??' 'yea i know but we have finally evolved and we don't have to marry anymore and we can get as many girl friends and boyfriends as we can..ain't that better?' The word 'evolved' in my opinion means going corrupt...
  22. Islam in England

If your are a Muslim in England, thats good news...... did you know.... that if you perform what Allah wants you to whilst your surrounded by people offending you just because you are a muslim, or people who brain wash you and offer you to do the wrong things in life Allah awards you 50 points each, not just 10 points. Because this is a type of Jihad, and it is alot harder than already being around muslims who know. So keep a watch out.. Masalaama and peace out
  23. Islam In Libya

I am proud that Libya is one of the only arab countries that keeps its Islamic tradition in focus. Though when i went there for a visit eery summer, I found that standards are getting worse and worse. It's like victorians, they use to have strict moral codes to keep the woman safe and to make society respectable, and what happened? it was all lost. Now, people say divrocing is normal, getting drunk every weekend is normal, not being a virgin underage, normal and much much more stuff that are even worse. And, I find that every year Libyans learn from the people who've culture have been lost and this is why, my friends, who are non-religious, say that their life has no meaning. Not believing in anything is had no meaning to life. Libya is just about starting, for example, 3 Libyans that had came to 'learn english' in my area got drunk one night and started abusing the lady that was with them, she told the police, this is what i call stupid. They were young, one was only 16, the other 18 and the other 21. The 21 year old went back to Libya on that same night, whilst the younger ones were still drunk and got caught by the police. Now they are all imprisoned for life from a lady that got them drunk who is a lot older than them, 27 years. Libya has many problems that people don't know about, and that is what i find strange. When i was young, it was beautiful, but when i got older, i found that it was a lot more than just beautiful beaches and green mountains and fresh warm air.
  24. The World Falling Apart

Yes i know, when i discuss about war and the political view i always pur my words in a simple way so that i don't put my words to look like i am offending someone. :sl:
