  3. Barley

salaam Jazakallahkhirun - for the article - I was going to post an article on Talbina as well, I will post it here: The Talbina" an advice from the prophet and a scientific truth Many things are seen by people as simple and with no value, however reflecting on them with a wise mind, will make us discover many medical treasures that we don’t consider, while we are walking towards modernity. One of these treasures that we humans couldn’t see, but not the prophet peace be up on him is the treasure of the “Talbina. “The Talbina: is a meal made by mixing 2 spoons of barley and a cup of water, cooked for 5 min, after that a cup of yogurt and bee’s honey is added, it is called Talbina which comes from the Arabic Word Laban meaning yogurt because of its resemblances to the yogurt, as it is soft and white. And aicha said that the prophet peace be upon him has advised us to use it as a medicine, as he said. What is more interesting, is the resemblance between what the prophet peace be upon him advised us to use, and what has the new science discovered, since wheat nowadays is on the everyday list in order to be healthy. Decreasing the cholesterol level and treating heart diseases: New scientific research has proved how important is the wheat in dropping the level of cholesterol in the blood, by provoking many biological processes which are: 1. The binding of the wheat fibres to the extra cholesterol in the digested food, which decreases its level in the blood. 2. These fibres in the wheat will proceed to many reactions in the bowel, which produce many acids, absorbed by the bowel, and playing a role in decreasing the level of cholesterol in the blood. 3. Some of the chemical compositions of the wheat such as: B Glucan, which reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood and increases the immunity effectiveness in the body. Nowadays, the value of any alimentary product is controlled by the presence of B Glucan on it.. 4. The wheat contains products similar to vitamin E called: Tocotrienol, which deactivates the enzymes helping in the production of cholesterol. That is why the vitamin E has a very important role in heart diseases. In this way, the Talbina plays an important role in preventing the heart and circulatory system diseases, as it prevents the formation of clots in the arteries, especially the coronary arteries, and therefore avoiding, many heart diseases such as: Angina: chest pain due to low oxygen delivery to the heart muscles “ischemia, and additionally preventing the heart infarction, which is the death of the heart muscles because of the low blood supply. However, for those who already have heart disease, the Talbina with all the helpful components it contains, can help boost there situation and avoid them reaching a critical stage. And that shows the knowledge of the prophet peace be upon him, when he said that the Talbina helps the heart of the ill people. A cure for sadness: In the past, psychologists used to count on the psychological analysis and its theories in diagnosing the psychological diseases. However, nowadays after the enormous advances in science, neurologists explain sadness by a chemical failure, as it is proven that some chemical components play an important role in the mood of a human being, such as potassium and magnesium and the antioxidants and others. All these components are present in a wheat grain, and the prophet peace upon him has illustrated this when he said that it takes away the sadness. To explain how these components affect the psychological state, we shall mention the most important of these components in the wheat, which are anti sadness: 1. Metals: both the potassium and the magnesium have an important effect on the nervous connections, which helps smoothing the humour. In the case where the amount of potassium decreases in the body, we will feel unhappy, and this stimulates the stress and nervousness. And as the wheat contains these two important components, it is obvious that the talbina can boost sadness. And we see that these studies use the sentence decreasing the sad feeling, which goes with what the prophet said: go away with your sadness. Which is a proof of how exact were the prophet sayings. 2. Vitamin B: one of the causes of sadness may be a delay in the physiological process of the transmission of the action potential through the nerves. And this may be due to the lack of vitamin B, that’s why its is usually advised for a person with sorrow, to increase the amount of vitamin B taken from some principle aliments mainly the wheat. 3. Antioxidants: giving large doses of the talbina, that is rich of antioxidants including Vitamin E and A, helps in curing the cases of sadness in elderly people in a small period of time estimated between one and two months. 4. Amino acids: the wheat contains the amino acid: tryptophan, which plays an important role in the formation of the neurotransmitter: Serotonin and this affects very importantly the human temper. The treatment of Cancer and the delay of aging: The wheat grain contains antioxidants, such as vitamin E and A, and studies have shown that antioxidants can repair and prevent any disturbance in the cells, which may provoke a tumour, as it is very important in protecting the body from the free radicals, which destroy the cell tissues and the DNA, and these free radicals may be considered as the main cause of some cancers and provoke aging. 9 from 10 doctors agree that the antioxidants can stop many diseases and protect the cell tissues from damage, and delay the aging process in addition of the delay of the disease called the zehimer. Allah has also granted the wheat grain, with the natural safe Melatonin, which is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland, situated in the brain behind the eyes, and with aging the secretion of this hormone decreases. The Melatonin is so important, because it is able to prevent heart diseases, and decreasing the level of cholesterol in the blood, additionally it helps dropping the blood pressure and it also may affect many diseases, that affect elderly people. The Melatonin as well improves the body immunity, and delays the aging and organise the sleep and the waking up. Treating diabetes and hypertension: The dissolved fibres on the wheat grains, contain pektines that dissolve in water in order to delay the digestion and the absorbance of aliments form the food, and therefore control the amount of these aliments in the blood, especially the glucose and prevent its sudden increase in the blood, due to the digested food rich on it. From this useful effect of wheat on the level of glucose on the blood, it is clear that in general all the products that contain dissolved or non dissolved fibres, that are poor in fat and calories, have almost the same effect so they should be consumed more than other products. And because those who have diabetes, are more in risk to have heart disease, the Talbina is a very good protection, to prevent the worsening of the diabetes and its side effects including heart diseases. So the Talbina is Avery good relief for those who have a high level of glucose in there blood. Some studies have also shown that eating products rich in potassium prevent high blood pressures, which is one of the components of wheat, which creates a balance between water and the salts in the cell. Also the wheat increases the discharging of urine, and it is known that the drugs with such effect are those used to treat hypertension. Smoothing and calming the bowel: The wheat grain also contains fibres, that do not dissolve in water in the digestive system, however it absorbs huge quantities of it, and stocks it, which increases the weigh of the rests but keeps them soft. Which facilitated there movement through the bowel. In this way the undissolved fibres in the grains activates the movement inside the intestines and helps the rejection of the rests. The dissolved fibres work for the same goal, as inside the bowel the bacteria acts on it which increases the amount of the rests, and activates the bowel and as well facilitates the rejection of the rests. Some studies have shown the importance of the wheat, in decreasing the risks for bowel cancer; as the less rests remaining in the bowel and the intestines, the less probable it is to have a tumour. And this may be due to the bowel bacteria, which acts on the dissolved fibred and the wheat which is rich in the antioxidants. Finally, we say that if today many people change from the modern treatment to the traditional, some of them as well turn to the prophetic medicine, and they don’t see it just as a way to seek cure but a way to gain Allah’s love and an opportunity for there sins to be forgiven. There are also many other benefits of Talbina..... 4. Black Magic?

Salaam Brother, you should not be scared of jinns but should be aware of them, as sis illuminate said mentions Allah names puts a shield against jinns...... Most people are affected by jinns not because of black magic, but becoz of the harm we do to jinns, by not seeking refuge from Allah (swt)...just saying bismillah is enough, as the following hadith tells us: Say Bismillah and then the du'a below before entering the toilet area... Hadith - Al-Tirmidhi 358, Narrated Ali ibn Abu Talib: Allah's Messenger said: The screen between the eyes of Jinn and the private parts of the sons of Adam as one of them enters the privy is that he should say: In the name of Allah. [This hadith has been transmitted by Tirmidhi and he said: It is a gharib hadith and its isnad is not sound.] This is the prophet pray when entering the toilet [bismillahi Allahumma inna 'audhu bika minal khubthi wal khabaa'ith] [by the Name of Allah]. Oh Allah, I seek protection in You from unclean spirits, male and female. [Abu Dawud 4/264, Ahmad 2/389] Just saying Bismillaah (in the Name of Allaah) before entering one’s home, before eating or drinking, and before having intercourse will also keep the Shaytaan from entering the house or partaking with a person in his food, drink and sexual activity. Similarly, mentioning the name of Allaah before entering the toilet or taking off one’s clothes will prevent the jinn from seeing a person’s ‘awrah or harming him, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “To put a barrier that will prevent the jinn from seeing the ‘awrah of the sons of Aadam, let any one of you say ‘Bismillaah’ when entering the toilet. (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, 551; Saheeh al-Jaami’, 3611). We should all have the habit of saying bismillah when we start anything and when we finish saying Alhamdulillia.....Two words but have great deal of benefit hope this help Ma sallam
  5. Number 19 In The Quran

salaam Yeah - one should stay away from numerology, it can lead to all kind of misleading things... Regarding Rashad Khalifa - he has made all sort of claims, including questioning the authencity of certain verse's of the quran, based on this so called miracle number Ma sallam A reminder by IF Moderator: IF does not allow discussions of different sects in Islam. This complex issue will require more than ordinary Muslim's knowledge to engage into various theological differences and interpretations of Islam. All Muslims should make Quran and Sunnah their only source of guidance. Therefore, we advise everyone to stay away from all sects. 6. Bitten Off More Then She Can Chew

salaam This is definitely a difficult situation, as what ever decison she makes, she will have regrets....Divorce should always be seen as a very last resort - if she stays with him and she remains patience and works on his imam then there is great reward for her... I think seperating may be the most obvious and the easiest of the two options, but she will have regrets as you say that she feels responsible for the whole situation.... Well if she does decide to seperate may be she can still stay in touch, helping him in certain ways with his imam...so she does not feel totally guilty of what happens... Also, what does her husband want to do...if he wants to seperate as well then her decision is made for her...The problem will be if he wants to stay with her and reconcile their differences.... any way I hope everything works out for the better and I will make dua, insa'Allah Allah (swt) helps the sister come to the right decision and helps the brother become a firm believer ma sallam
  7. Wolfowitz Dating Muslim Woman Causes Stir

salaam Brother Anj - totally agree, you can't go around questioning others imam, yes you can question their actions within certain limits, but not their Islam...if someone says they are muslim that is enough....Yes it is (all the bad things I am not allowed to say) that a muslim should do such a thing, but we are in no position to judge anyone...Allah (swt) is the sole judge and Allah (swt) is the all knower..... ma sallam
  8. Black Magic?

salaam Treating black magic - try the following link: "you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_63.175.194.25/index.php?ln=eng&ds=qa&lv=browse&QR=12918&dgn=4"]ways of treating black magic[/url] Also the verse mentioned should be recited after each salat, including 2:102...there is aslo a collection of verse's called manzil, used particularly for curing and protecting one self from black magic... Here are some duas as well: - all are mention in hadith: Du’aa’ should be made for healing and good health; in particular the du’aa’ which has been narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “Allahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhhib al-ba’s wa’shfi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman (O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness). .............................. .............................. .............................. ...... Ibn Abbas narrated that Allah's Messenger said: "When overwhelmed with worries and dispiritedness, one should oft-recite: "La Hawla wa la quwatta illah billa" (There is no Might or power except that of Allah.) This prayer is also authenticated in Bukhari and Muslim to be one of the hidden treasures of jannah. The supplication represents 14 kinds of spiritual remedies: .............................. .............................. .............................. The Prophet, sallallahu alayhe wasallam, told Amr ibnul Aas, who was complaining about movement and pain in his body, "Place your hand where you feel pain and say 'Bismillahi' (in full) three times, and then repeat seven times A'oudho bi'izzatil-lahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa 'uhadhir. (I seek refuge with Allah and with His Power from the evil that afflicts me and the evil which I apprehend.(fear)" (Muslim) .............................. .............................. ..................... Recite the following frequently A oozu bakalee maa til lahit taam matee min sharri ma kalaq (I seek protection by the excellent words of Allah from injuries caused by his creation) .............................. .............................. ......... Also certain type of foods are recommended and used: these include amongst others...dates, black seed, olives and honey Volume 7, Book 65, Number 356: Narrated Sad: Allah's Apostle said, "He who eats some 'Ajwa dates every morning, will not be affected by poison or magic on the day he eats them." - if you can't get ajwa dates any will do (Bukhari) Saied al-Ansari narrates that the Prophet (saw) said, "Eat the olive oil and massage it over your bodies since it is a blessed tree." [at-Tirmidhi, ibn Maja] In a famous tradition by Prophet (saw) Black seed is a cure for every disease except death. - taking a teaspoon morning and night is beneficial Sister - black magic only effects people whom Allah (swt) wills - so making a dua that it hits the people back is not the correct method - Also as far as I am aware black magic does not effect those who practice it.. Insa'Allah sister be patient, and when your time comes Allah (swt) will remove the spell - if you want to contact me for more information feel free to do so - the reason I know all this as I was hit by a spell which someone had done to me ma sallam
  9. Black Magic?

salaam Also if you suffer from sleep paralyse - (a state of wakelessness), this is a sign of an encounter with a jinn....If you are feeling pain or even movement within your body...... if you have disturbing dream particularly carnivorous dreams.......if you feel your body getting heavy and you may get angry easily...... then these are the obvious signs... Regarding curing - I wil list some things which you can do later insa'Allah:- also seeing a scholar who has the knowledge of these matters will be off help Ma sallam

  14. Help!

Agree totally with sister illuminate - taking her to doctor will mean taking anti-depressants - which have so many side effects and often means the patient spends more time sleeping than any thing else....There are many web sites which discuss the harm anti-depressant do... The best way to cure depression is by increasing your imam...The best medicine I would recommend to take for depression is black seed (kalongi) oil, as our Prophet (saw) said there is a cure for all disease in black seed..also honey, grapes are well recommended Also if you don't mind me asking, is she suffering from other symptons, like restlessness (feeling uneasy), disturbing dreams and strange expereinces, especially at night... Insa'Allah, hope she recovers fully and is able to put her life back together... ma sallam
  15. Living And Dying Everyday!

salam Simple but an excellent post, should be a reminder to all, hardship and difficulties is a blessing in disguise from Allah (swt), with out these trials where will our imam be.... Sister Female. you must remain patient, it is very important and do this, and no one should say things about your past, people do this are committing a grave. There is a hadith which I read long time ago (if I find it I will post it) those who expose other sins Allah (swt) on the day of judgement Allah (swt) will not hide their sins (or something like this).. Sister you should not wish for death, it is a wrong to do this, infact I have heard some scholars mention those who wish for death and don't remain patient, there diificulties will remain with them longer, as this is a sign that there soul is not pure:.... The human soul does not become pure except through trials, and it is during tribulations that real men are known. Ibn Jawzee said, "Whoever wants to have everlasting peace and well-being with no affliction does not understand the meaning of Allaah's commandments, nor does he perceive the meaning of submission to Allaah. Every soul (either believing or disbelieving) shall inevitably taste suffering in this world, for this life is based on hardships. Man lives between comfort and suffering. Sister read the following story about Musa (as) and and Allah (swt) mercy for those who repent... "you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_gawaher(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/forum/index.php?showtopic=10259&hl=quest"]you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_gawaher(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/forum/index.php?showtopic=10259&hl=quest[/url] Sister be patient, I know it is very hard, but put your trust in Allah (swt) and look forward to a better life in hereafter.... ma sallam

salam brother Jazakallahkhir for an excellent explanation of the ayats, may Allah (swt) reward you for your efforts....Allhamdullia, your web site is coming on well, may Allah (swt) give the strength to make it a success and spread the word of Allah(swt) and the life of our prophet (saw)...insa'Allah ma sallam
  17. Verses In The Quran

salaam Here is more on sura fatiha:- Revelation - It was revealed in Mecca as stated by ibn Abbas and other. It is also claimed that it was revealed in Madeenah as stated by Abu Hurayrah and others. It is also said that it was revealed on two separate occasions – once in Mecca and once in Madeenah. However the first opinion is the most likely due to His saying. Because of the Verse in the Qur’aan: "We have sent to you the Seven Oft Repeated Verses." [soorah Al-Hijr (15): 87] This verse was revealed in Mecca by agreement. . Soorah Al-Fatihah – Revealed only to Prophet Muhammad. [2] Narrated Ibn Abbaas (radiyallahu anhu): “While the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alahi wa-sallam) was sitting with Jibreel (alaihi as-salaam), he heard a creaking sound above him. Jibreel looked up and said, "This is [the sound of] a gate that has been opened in heaven today and has never been previously opened." Then an Angel descended through it and came to the Prophet (sallallahu alahi wa-sallam) and said, "rejoice in the good news of two lights that have been given to you such as no prophet before you has been given. [They are] Surah al-Faatihah and the concluding [two] verses of Soorah al-Baqarah. You will never recite a word from them without being given the blessings they contain." [An-Nisaee and al-Haakim] It is also said these verse where taken from the throne of Allah (swt) Narrated Abu Hurayrah: “Prophet (sallallahu alahi wa-sallam) said: “[chapter commencing with], “Alhamdu lillahi Rabbil Alameen is the Mother of the Qur`aan, the Mother of the Book, the Seven Oft Repeated Verses and the Great Qur`aan. [Tirmidhee] There are many other hadith on this sura and much has been written, may be others will add more...insa'Allah ma sallam
  18. Verses In The Quran

salaam Brother the greatest sura in the quran is sura fatiha, as mentioned by bukhari in the following hadith....sura fatiha also comes from the throne of Allah (swt), it was revealed along with the final two verse's of sura baqraa... Volume 6, Book 60, Number 1 and Volume 6, Book 60, Number 170: also similar hadith is narrated in Malik's Muwatta Book 3, Number 3.9.39: Narrated Abu Said bin Al-Mu'alla: While I was praying, Allah's Apostle passed me and called me, but I did not go to him until I had finished the prayer. Then I went to him, and he said, "What prevented you from coming to me? Didn't Allah say:-- "O you who believe! Answer the call of Allah (by obeying Him) and His Apostle when He calls you?" He then said, "I will inform you of the greatest Sura in the Qur'an before I leave (the Masjid)." When Allah's Apostle got ready to leave (the Masjid), I reminded him. He said, "It is: 'Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.' (i.e. Surat-al-Fatiha) As-sab'a Al-Mathani (the seven repeatedly recited Verses)." bukhari Regarding sura Ikhlaas, here is what imam bukhari, narrated about this sura: Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to his Companions: ‘Could any one of you not recite one third of the Qur’aan in one night?’ They found the idea too difficult, and said, ‘Who among us could do that, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He said, ‘Allaahu’l-ahad, al- samad [i.e., Soorat al-Ikhlaas] is one third of the Qur’aan.’ (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 4628 also 4627) ma sallam
  19. Anoyed.........

salaam Brother you should be patient with people...The people around you are not stupid but your anger is making you think this, shaytan is misguiding you....I think you need to learn about anger management Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: "A strong man is not one who defeats his adversary by wrestling, but one who controls his anger." He also said: "No one has swallowed anything excellent in the sight of Allah ...than the anger he restrains, seeking to please Allah most high." (Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1324) Anger can be quelled by mixing six kinds of knowledge and action: 1. Remember what the Qur'an and Hadith say about controlling one's anger. The hope for obtaining rewards will restrain one from taking revenge, through anger 2. Fear Allah's punishment and consider it greater than any human punishment. 3. Realize that there will be consequences to expressing your anger. You may get revenge on your enemy here, but he or she might get revenge on you later on, either here or in the next world. 4. Remember that an angry person looks like a ferocious beast, while one who appeases his or her anger looks like a sober and learned person. 5. Ignore Satan, who tells you that you will be weak if you do not become angry. 6. Ask yourself: "Why should I be angry? What Allah has willed has happened." The Prophet (saw) advised angry people to say: "I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan" (A'udhu billahi min as-Shaytan ar-rajim). When 'A'isha (ra) became angry, the Prophet (saw) told her to say: "O Allah, You are the Lord of my Prophet Muhammad. Forgive my sins, remove the anger from my heart, and save me from misguidance." The Prophet (saw) said: "Anger is a burning coal. Don't you see your eyebrows wide and eyes reddish? So when one of you feels angry, sit down if standing and lie down if sitting." In other words, make yourself calm like the soil if you are still angry. The cause of wrath is heat, and its opposite is to lie on the ground and make the body calm and cool. The Prophet (saw) also said: "When one of you gets angry, make ablution with water, as anger arises out of fire." In another narration, he said: "Anger comes from the devil, and the devil is made of fire." In other words, if you are still angry after lying on the ground, make wudu' or ghusl with cold water, for water extinguishes fire. Caliph 'Ali ibn Abi Talib said: "The Prophet did not get angry for any action of the world. When any true matter disturbed him nobody knew it, and nobody got up to take revenge for his anger. He got angry only for truth." ma sallam Based on Imam Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali's (d.505 AH/1111 CE) book Ihya' 'Ulum ad-Din (The Revival of the Religious Sciences)
  20. Have You Got A Credit Card/taken Any Loan

salaam Interest is haram, therefore it is best to pay off the credit each month or within the interest free period, so avoiding being exposed to interest !! I would avoid loans as all of them have an element of interest....remember the verse "Those who consume interest (ribaa) do not arise except as he arises whom Satan has driven to madness by his touch." [2 (Al- Baqarah), 275] And one more thing it is best to live in one means and not to get embroiled in the western culture of spend and spend on credit and build up large debts.... ma sallam
  21. Fallen Again

Salaam Here is an analogy of our journey in this world: A human journey in this world is like taking a walk on ice…Each time you slip and fall down a wise person is he who picks himself up and continues…does not matter how many times he falls each time he picks himself up until he reaches his destination…The most foolish one is he who such lies there complaining and expecting someone to pick him up and then gives up....... This analogy was mentioned by a learned scholar, explaining to his pupils about the fight with the devil and never giving up hope of Allah (swt) mercy Ma sallam
  22. Salaam brothers and sisters Hope you are in good health - I want to share this with you: THE QUEST FOR Allah’S MERCY It was narrated that in the days that Musa (as) wandered with Bani Israaeel in the desert a grizzly drought befell them. Together, they all raised their hands towards the heavens praying for the blessed rain. Then, to the astonishment of Musa (as) and all those watching, the few clouds that scattered the sky vanished, the heat scorched down, and the drought intensified. It was revealed to Musa that there was a sinner amongst Bani Israaeel that had disobeyed Allah for more than 70 years of his life (committing all kind of sins). "Let him separate himself from the congregation," Allah told Musa. "Only then shall I shower you all with rain." Musa (as) called out to the throngs of humanity, "There is a person amongst us who has disobeyed Allah for 70 years. Let him separate himself from the congregation and only then shall we be rescued from the drought." That man, waited, looking left and right, hoping that someone else would step forward but no one did. Sweat poured from his brow and he knew he was the one. If he stayed amongst the congregation all would die of thirst; yet, if he stepped forward he would be humiliated for all eternity. He raised his hands with sincerity he had never known before, with humility he had never tasted, tears poured on both cheeks, "O Allah, have mercy on me! O Allah, hide my sins! O Allah, forgive me!" As Musa (as) and Bani Israaeel awaited for the sinner to step forward, the clouds hugged the sky and the rain poured. Musa (as) asked Allah ta'aala, "O Allah, you blessed us with rain even though that sinner did not come forward." And Allah ta'aala replied, "O Musa, it is for the repentance of that very person that I blessed all of Bani Israaeel with water." Musa, wanting to know who was this blessed man, asked, "Show him to me O Allah!" Allah ta'aala replied, "O Musa, I hid his sins for 70 years. Do you think that after his repentance I shall expose him?" ma sallam Prepared by Muhammad Alshareef
  23. Black magick (jaadu)

salaam Brother Sorry to hear of your dilemma...I know you question is address to brother Insignia, but may I can help as well Recite the last two verses of sura baqraa, there are great virtues of these two verses, there is also a hadith which states that these two verse along with sura fatiha, come from the throne of Allah (swt): Hadith - Tirmidhi #2145, Narrated An-Nu'man ibn Bashir: Allah's Messenger said, "Two thousand years before creating the heavens and the Earth, Allah inscribed a book of which He sent down two verses with which He concluded surat al-Baqarah. The Devil will not come near a house in which they are recited three nights." [Tirmidhi and Darimi transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a gharib tradition.] Also reciting sura baqraa completely will rid off all evils from your house. Aboo Hurayrah quoted the prophet as saying "Do not make your houses like graveyards. Verily, the devil flees from a house in which Soorah-al Baqarah is read" (Tirmithee and Muslim - vol. 1, p337 no. 1707) Sura Jinn (72) - is also recommended, this will ward off evil jinns and devils insa'Allah Also, Jinns and Spirits cause mischief at night, as mention in the following hadith: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 500: Narrated Jabir: The Prophet said, "When nightfalls, then keep your children close to you, for the devil spread out then. (Bukhari) so it is best to stay indoors especially at night....if you go out, recite ayatul kurshi before leaving and also when entering your home.. Also listening to the quran will also help...the following link there is a comprehensive audio files for warding off jinns and also for people suffering from black magic..... 24. Big Problem A Brother In Need

salaam brother It is a sad fact today that adultery is committed today by some muslims: Here is a well known hadith, which should be narrated to people who have the urge to commit adultery and who commit adultery: Youth Seeks Permission to Commit Adultery A youth (from the outlying regions) came to our prophet (saw) and said: "Please permit me to commit adultery." The Companions of the rasul (saw) took this very ill and were enraged at his words; but our beloved prophet (saw) said to him: "Come nearer to me. Would you like anyone to commit adultery with your mother?" He said: "Not at all." Rasul (saw) said: "Then other people will also never tolerate such a shameful act with their mothers." Then prophet (saw) asked him the same question about his sister, aunt, etc. And he answered each time in the negative. Then Rasul (saw) put his hand on his chest and prayed: "O Allâh! Purify his heart, forgive his sins and guard him against adultery." The hadith goes on to say that, after this, nothing was more hateful to this youth than adultery. Also the punishment for adultery should be mentioned and the consequences of such a act: Allâh Ta’âla says: "And do not go near zina. It is indeed a shameful and an evil path." (Surah Al Isrâ’, Ayah 32) Our prophet (saw) said: "There are three such people with whom Allâh Ta’âla will not speak to (with words of mercy and kindness) nor will Allâh Ta’âla look at them (with eyes of mercy) nor will Allâh Ta’ala purify them, and for them is a painful punishment: A person who commits zina. A king or leader who is exceptionally deceptive (he lies a lot). A needy person who is proud." (Muslim) In a Hadîth narrated by Samurah (RA) regarding a dream of Rasul (saw) , it is mentioned that Jibra’îl and Mikâ’îl (AS) came to our prophet (saw) . Rasool (saw) says: "We walked until we came to something that looked like an oven. Its top section was narrow and the inside was broad. From it sounds of screaming and noise was heard." Prophet(saw) further says: "We looked inside and we saw naked men and women. We also saw flames from beneath them. When these flames scorched them, they screamed." I asked Jibra’îl (AS): "Who are these people?" He replied, "These are the males and females who committed the grave act of zina. This will be their punishment till the day of Qiyâmat." (Bukhari) Hadîth Warns Parents Rasûlullah has said: "When he attains maturity get him married. If he attains maturity and his father does not get him married, (and as a result commits a sin,) this sin falls upon the father." Therefore, once a child becomes (of age and mentally matured, parents and guardians should not delay in getting them married. The Harms of Zina [Adultery/Fornication] are Manifold 1. Allâh Ta’âla becomes very angry. 2. The reckoning in the hereafter will be very severe. 3. The person will enter Jahannam. 4. The barakâh (blessing) of his rizq is lost. 5. He is deprived from doing good. 6. He becomes hated and cursed in the eyes of the common people. 7. The nation involved in Zina will be afflicted with droughts. 8. The spreading of diseases and plagues. 9. The destruction of the locality. 10. The cause of earthquakes. 11. The birth of illegitimate children. Also there many other hadith and verse's from the quran, that can be mention to people who are involved in adultery... Finally Allah (swt) is merciful, if a person truely repents Allah (swt) will forgive.. RasulAllah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) is reported to have said, 'If a person has sins equivalent to the foams of the sea and pebbles on a desert, Allah's mercy is so encompassing that He will forgive every sin.' In another narration, it is mentioned that Allah will speak secretly to one of His slaves on the day of Qiyamat and remind him of all his sins. After the person will confess his sins, Allah will say to him, 'I concealed your faults in the world, today too, I will conceal your faults. Go in Jannah, I have forgiven you.' Hope this helps...may Allah (swt) guide the brother on the right path....ameen ma sallam "you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_www.sunnipath(contact admin if its a beneficial link)/resources/Questions/qa00000822.aspx"]source[/url]
