  3. Problem With Job. Please Help

As salaam alaiykum, I currently work in Hoover, AL 10pm - 7am. The pay is ok. Having full time is nice. But it is hurting my marriage as my wife works first shift. Also when I get home I am usually physically exhausted & sleep until maghrib, at the earliest. So, if anyone knows of legitimate online or at home work that would be great. Or any work in the Hoover or nearby area 2nd shift (off by midnight at the latest) with $8.95/hr or higher. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  4. Exception Misconception

I actually found someone that understood me. The problem has been solved. Btw, the literal translation of Allah would be THE God.

http://www.webmd.com/anxiety-panic/guide/obsessive-compulsive-disorder source:http://www.beautifulislam.net/worship/ghusl_correctly.htm (emphasis self added) Now supposedly it is done "thrice" because that was how Muhammad did it.
  9. Exception Misconception

^ from what I can gather (everyone, including Christians) do not seem to understand what I am saying about 33:50. I do not have a misunderstanding about it. I understand perfectly what it is saying and have read several varying translations of it to verify that it is not just a translation error. Allow me to clarify further what I mean. http://www.learner.org/interactives/literature/read/charact2.html Now humans are naturally dynamic as is everything in the universe. Nothing is static. But, by all understanding God is static. If God never had exceptions for any prophets or kings but made one for Muhammad then that is an illustration of character change (in literary terminology this would be character development). Thus the question then becomes was there ever a time where God explicitly made one law for the general populace and then made a contrary law simply for the prophet or king. For instance Moses came with the book of the Law (for Christians reading this that would be the Book of Leviticus). This is not a matter of something being specific to an individual but a specific law made for the masses and then a law concerning the same matter made for the law giver ie Moses, David, Solomon, Yeshua, etc. I hope I have been more clear in this matter.

    1. I went to the suggested website and received nothing 2. I contacted the local masjid and received a reply: ^ from what I can gather (everyone, including Christians) do not seem to understand what I am saying about 33:50. 11. Muhammad Knowledge Learned?

    1. There is now evidence of something called temporal lobe epilepsy which generally fits the description of Muhammads revelations. During TLE there is documented evidence of audio & visual hallucinations. Thus, it is highly probably that he believed what he was saying and thus would not have been lying. 2. If there is any weight to the above stated then his previous knowledge of Christianity and Judaism would have come out in his visions. Also it might be interesting to note that in Judaism there is something similar to both Wudu and Ghusl 3. Neither in Judaic practice or in Christianity is there any account of a suffucating feeling during visitation with an angel. It is always held with a sense of great comfort and calm. 4. Gabriel appeared only twice in any prior literature and both times were in the Book of Luke (a disciple of Paul) in which Gabriel reveals a pregnancy Essentially the factors that have to be reasonably taken into account is that Muhammad had exposure to Judaism & Christianity and that the experience described by Muhammad with Gabriel was more in line with the Arabic tradition of Jinn than that of the previous traditions of angelic visitation. These have to be taken into account not for some secular reason but rather a deeply spiritual one. For if an individual is truly reverent of God then they will want to make sure that they are indeed following the right path and not fall into a trap. I am sure that any individual raised outside Christianity would say the same thing of Christianity (that out of fear for God they want to thoroughly investigate any probability of it not being the word of God).
  12. Muhammad Knowledge Learned?

accepted theory is that Muhammad was given the Quran over a span of 23 years by the angel Gabriel first appearing to him in the cave. Here is the primary issue followed by a secondary point: Muhammad was a known trader & one of the many places he traveled was Syria. For the Christians reading this allow me to explain. Syria is the home of Damascus where Paul is alleged to have had his vision. Thus it stands to reason that Muhammad would have been exposed to oral stories of the Torah & the Bible Now before any refutations are given allow me to point out another matter: Why Gabriel? There are only two instances in the entire Bible (thats 66 books) that Gabriel reveals who he is (or the name Gabriel.is even mentioned). Most of the time if an angel is mentioned in the Bible it is nameless. And both times Gabriel is named is to announce pregnancies. So, then why would Gabriel be specifically named to Muhammad? I look forward to the explanations & rebuttals. I will refrain from reply for 2 days.
  13. Exception Misconception

See I have researched this to great extent & at no point has El Shaddai ever made an exception for a prophet or a king, as it pertains to the law. The Qur'an makes an exception for Muhammad. We are told that Allah & Yeshua are the same. But, if they are the same then there is a drastic change in his character.
  14. Exception Misconception

Okay I skimmed over this & it would appear that you are not understanding what I am saying. So allow me to simplify. Moses = pentauch Moses' law = no exceptions for Moses Muhammad = Qur'an Muhammads law = exception given for
