Is your number a 7 digit number? The trick may be geared for 7 digits only .

:D

it means some people dont have anything better to do with their time!

:D

yes , but thank goodness for mathemeticians any way . their subject is dry , but their results, absolutely amazing .

Remember if one would attempt to build a computer comparable to the human brain , it would be as big as a 106 floor building .

Makes one to be in awe of it's creator .

Abraham Lincoln

John F. Kennedy

...

what's it all mean ? :D  ....have'nt got the faintest idea . :D

i got an idea of how it's possible....

John F Kennedy admired Abraham Lincoln for all he had done and so prayed to God that he becomes like Lincoln... :D

anyway do share some more stuff like this please...

Sorry akhi but I say pish posh to numerology.  I'd agree with Yank but I don't believe in coincidences  :D

hahaha this one is evil :D if u do it to somebody old who won't tell you their age...

A game to find out a person's age and how many coins they are carrying.

Ask someone to double their age (either mentally or on paper) but, obviously, they must not tell you.

Then to add 5 and multiply by 50.

Finally, they must add the number of coins they have on them. If they do not have any, nothing is added.

They then tell you the final answer.

Now all you have to do is take away 250. The first two digits of the answer you are left with are the persons age and the last two the number of coins in their possession.

--------------------------

If you multiply the number 142,857 by anything between 1 and 6 the answer contains the same digits.

e.g. 142857 x 3 = 428571 and 142857 x 6 = 857142

If you multiply the same figure by 7 the answer is 999,999 !

Note the targets of the latest bombings in London:

- Shepherd's Bush Station (Bush?)

- Oval Station (Oval Office?)

- Warren Street (as in Warren Commission?)

- Hackney Road - doesn't seem to fit, except that the blast occurred near the junction of COLUMBIA RD & Shoreditch... (as in 'district of Columbia'?)

Hello Merlin,

Believe it or not, I did this -> :D <- throughout that whole post. I liked reading it. The IW and Politics forums make people behave different I think. Much more opinionated. Or should I say, polarized opinions.

Anyway, In the words of...well, I'll see if anyone here gets it ... "I ain't mad at 'ya"!!!

Peace,

AS

Numbers ?  You can make numbers -walk -talk and jump through hoops :

check-it out.

And math is the motor .
