Fruit (All fruit except mangoes)

Seafood

Chicken

Couscous

Pasta

Salads (I'm wit ya Kaneeza!! :D )

Olives....mmmmm

Nuts

Ryvita with tuna pate

Falafel

Spinach

Carrots

Mange-tout

Chourba

lol [at] jarda. (Guji's and their z's! :D)

 

Favourite foods:

 

Pasta! :D

Fried Chicken.

Chips(AKA fries)

Brown rice with lamb.

Prawn biryani.

Calamari with chips and salad.

Salt & vinegar flavoured crisps.

Fish, especially the good ol' fish and chips wrapped in traditional newspaper :D (ok, i'm exaggerating slightly!)

Angel cake.

Toasted spicy potato sandwich! :D

Nuts!

Fruits(all with the exception of mangoes)

 

How's that? :D

hey i know zarda (sweet yeallow rice)...they have wierd comboes of it...but i like the one that has nuts and raisins... not my favorite though... better than that i like Ras Malay....yummmmmmy!

never ate that...but i did have a milkshake from baskin robbins, and it had to be the world yummiest milkshake ever...so good i took a picture of it ...yummmmmmm :D

well, doesn;t it have to be "qishta" since arabic doesn't have the letter "g"...or maybe its "jishta"... but i have heard many arabs (mostly Egyptians) who pronounced the letter Qaf as Gaf...

There is no 'g' in Arabic.

 

It is qishta, but it's pronounced gishta in Saudi.

 

Some people pronounce it "ishta" :D

 

Egyptians pronounce the letter qaaf as gaaf? are you sure? :D

the ones i have met...but probably i say egyptians because those were the arabs that i grew up around...but when i think of it, the other arabs did too...like this tunisian family i know...maybe they all got influenced by each other :D there are soo many different arabs in montreal.
