There is one I know of in Yemen, her name is Umm 'Abdillaah al-Waadi'yyah, she is the daughter of the late Shaykh Muqbil al-Waadi'yyah, may (www.)"you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_glossary/glossary_a001.html#Allah"]Allaah have mercy on him and preserve his daughter.

I have heard that in China (www.)"you can't post links until you reach 50 posts_glossary/glossary_m002.html#Muslim"]Muslims have lots of womans as scholars.

My sisters go to Islamic centers in Saudi Arabia (women only). They have loads of Islamic scholars there (all instructors are women as per law)

They should have a website where you can ask questions, at least it would be known that they exist.

its very hard to become a scholar just like that, we cant just go to boarding school and snap were it but it also takes further study to know things more in depth. But these days women dont care so much about having the knowledge, its just shoes, handbags and lip gloss
