In what battle did Khaleed ibn al Waleed break 9 swords?

Assalaamalaikum,

I 'think' it was in the Battle of Uhud. He was known as the 'Sword of Allah (Swt)' after that battle.

Assalaam,

Jazakallah. The question is, who was the first Muslim ambassador to Yathrib?

I hope many more participate. It is a nice way to increase our knowledge.

Kalid bin Al walyd was not a a muslim during the war of uhd... Do you remember the incident when he took his men and attacked the muslims after seeing the muslims leaving the mountain?

It must be after the war of Uhd......... May Allah be please with him

and May Allah show us the right path

I had to search for the answer, I wasn't sure..

there is also a hadith ...Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (sallalahu alaihe wa-sallam) said:

"Allah, the Exalted said: "Whoever takes a Wali (loyal slave) of Mine as an enemy, I will wage war on him.......

What was the name of the Christian monk who recognised that Muhammad (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) was a Prophet?

Waraq bin Naufal was a blind person....He recognized Prophet (Saw) after Khadija (R.A.) gave him the account of revelations.Bahiraa was usually referred as the monk.
