Home made soft buns


2 tbsp. Butter

2 cups warm water

3 tbsp. yeast

6 cups flour

3 tsp salt

6 tbsp. sugar


Combine the above and leave aside to make it rise.

Take a deep plastic bowl. Add 1 egg and ¼ cup oil. Beat well. After the

yeast mixture rises add it to the bowl and softly mix with spoon. Now add 6

cups flour and 3 tsp. salt. Make very soft dough. You may use a little more

warm water to form the dough. Remember to keep dough soft and sticky. Rub

oil over the dough. Cover and set aside for at least 2 hours to rise.

Oil baking pans in which you desire to make the buns.

Divide the dough in 20 or 18 small balls. Shape up a round ball with the

dough and lay them on the baking sheet. Let them rise again for another 10

minutes. Heat the oven to 350. Beat one egg. Brush the buns with egg and

sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the baking Sheet in the oven on the middle

rack. Your buns will be ready when they become nice and golden on top.

No sorry Sis i got the recipe from a very lovely Sis and i havent got round to making them yet but the buns really are delicious.
