There were rumours he had a relationship with a younger man, and this is evident in most of his sonnets. It is worth mentioning this in the analysis or of the ones you're studying to display awareness of the context of the sonnets; which I believe will aslo hit some of the marking criteria.

There's also plenty of websites which support this claim.

Salaam

How are you trying to analyse the sonnets? Are you looking for themes? or are you analysing thr rhythem etc? Are you comparing the differences and similarities between the two sonnets? Can you give an example of they type of question because then it can be worked through.

If this is too late now, ignore it :D

Peace and Love,

DARLA
