dot 353 Posted July 30, 2009 :sl: Oh my God, I thought no one is using IE anymore. You are one of a kind brother. IE exposes you to a world full of viruses, adware, spyware and trojans. May Allah :sl: be with you

the sad clown 3 Posted December 6, 2009 Currently using Chromium dev channel build for Linux (4.0.264). Usually, I use Firefox 3.5 since it has more tools for interacting with the internet. I'm testing out how much ram Chromium is going to use comparatively with Firefox. No IE, since I'm on Ubuntu. If I'm at work though, I use IE7
the sad clown 3 Posted December 7, 2009 Opera 9.64. Egads, man, why haven't you upgraded? /jk Opera is what started me on alternative software. It wasn't a month before discovering it and installing it on my computer that I was already messing around with Linux. What can I say, I don't do things half way. I've never really enjoyed using Opera, however. I'm not sure if it's their philosophy of the browser as a swiss army knife or just the aesthetics.
wattle 0 Posted December 7, 2009 I started using it when I was on dial-up and it was significantly faster than IE or Firefox. Now I'm used to it and as I *never* have success exporting bookmarks, I'm likely to stay with it.
the sad clown 3 Posted December 7, 2009 Is there a reason you haven't upgraded to 10.10? It ought to be a significant improvement from 9.64.
