Building Muscle!

Okay I am going to gym to workout. I work out because I want to lose my fat, and build some muscle so I can eat more. Any one have advice on how to get fit quick please post it here.

What I used to do is go to the gym and do cardio exercises for about 20 minutes, then I used weights that were a little too heavy for me to lift at first, that way you let your muscles know you want them to grow in order to lift the new heavier weights. And remember to lift until you cannot move your arm anymore. It's always that last final pull that makes your muscles grow.

 

Anyways this worked for me, I lost about 20 pounds of fat in 5 weeks and I got leaner and built more muscle.

 

Also, in my opinion you should buy Protein Whey, it's fantastic for bulking up.
