I think I'm more of a coffee person. I need the coffee to keep me going during the day...

Tea's good too on some occassions...

P.S. Ever wondered why there are chains of multinational coffee outlets (e.g. Starbucks) but not for tea? :D

Salaams...

I like that system sis Aamina! I'd like to be served tea. I always have to make my cup! But every two hours?? How many times does that mean u go to the bathroom? LOL

My sis-in-law told me she used to have 13 cups of tea per day. 13 cups of teax2spoons of sugar in each cup = 26 spoons of sugar a day just in tea!

I'd really love to have a cup of gourmet coffee.. hazelnut now.

I'm not an addicted caffeine drinker but a social one.

Benefit of the day: Warm beverages stimulate digestion! LOL

Peace

tea is nice

coffee is nice too!

However, research suggests that tea can impair the body's ability to absorb iron from food, meaning people at risk of anaemia should avoid drinking tea around mealtimes.
This is useful to know.

Assalamu Alaikum, Good quotes Zabrina, have to share them with abuAhmad.

BTW, does anyone drink EARL GREY Tea, try it light without cream, works wonders for throat aches and headaches, inshaAllah. It's one of the best flavoured Tea. Specially the SRI LANKAN Dilmah brand.

Salaams.
