Who is Allah 2. Who is your Prophet 3. what is your Religion Actually, the book covers alot more than just answering those questions... the Shaikh basically takes the original text of Usool ath-Thalaatha (Three Foundamental Principles) and does an explanation word by word of the entire text. So the explanation is basically all in footnote form. I cannot overemphasize the importance of reading this book. Though it sounds like a book for beginners, this book is for every Muslim whether new or grounded. Shaikh ibn Uthaymeen is known for his ability to explain the major books of knowledge, and he explains it in a way anyone who reads it will find immense benefit contained in it. Its one of those books that help you build a firm foundation on how you believe and follow Islam. This is among my favourite books and at the same time, its such a vital book to learn and read. That is why ive chosen to post it as the second book in this forum. wassalaamu 'alaikom Edited January 9, 2005 by Hashi Al-Eritre
