the sad clown 3 Posted January 14, 2012 The government had considered making brothels an exception on moral grounds, but decided that it would be too difficult to distinguish them from bars. I need to run for political office in Germany. I would clearly be more intelligent than the vast majority of current office holders because I can tell the difference between a bar and a brothel. This is coming from the male elite in western society. This is no fluke incident, it is an ingrained mindset in culture of the west and therefore is exercised through the tax and beneifits system.
