Favourite Surah To Listen To

Recommended Posts

As salaam alaykum brothers and sisters,

so we have some threads here related to favourite verses of quran etc but what is your favourite surah to listen to? And more importantly why is it your favourite verse.

Mine is surah al layl. Why? I just love how it effects my heart when I listen to it especially at the part inna sa'yakum lashatta (Certainly, your efforts and deeds are diverse)..because it is so true that we are all here, we were all born in the same way yet we grow up in different ways with regards to our faith.

Wa 'alaikumu as-salamu wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuh

The Surahs that I have listened to the most are Ta-Ha and al-Baqarah. My favourite parts of Surat Ta-Ha is the beggining and when Moses (pbuh) first speaks with God. In al-Baqarah, my favourite verse is Ayatul-Kursi.

My favorite is Surat Al Mulk. I don't have a particular reason :)

I listen to Surah al-Naba and Surah Yaseen most of the times.

one of my favorite verses (and there are too many) is the often repeated one from Sura Ar Rahman:

"Then which of the blessings of your Lord will you (both) deny?"
