The Shrew 17 Posted February 19, 2013 Ingredients: 1 large cabbage 1/2 cup brown rice 1 sweet red pepper (chopped) 1 large onion (chopped) 6 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 pound ground meat (beef) 2 eggs 2 cans diced tomatos (14.5oz or 411 grams) 1 Table spoon Lemon basil salt 2 teaspoons mustartd powder 1 Table spoon lemon pepper Directions Remove core of cabbage and place in large pot of boiling water, simmer until tender. cook rice Saute onion and peppers until soft mix meat, cooked rice, onion, peppers, eggs and seasoning in a large bowl. line a 13in by 9in pan with cabbage leaves fill remaining leaves with mixture folding to enclose cover with more leaves pour tomatoes on top incuding juice.
