My First Doubt In Quran

Recommended Posts

i read a few verses of quran today using english quran online. i am a christian in faith. i just want to ask some doubts here. i think it is permisisible to post quran doubts.

al baqarah verse 62. what does it mean?

62. Those who believe, and those who are Jewish, and the Christians, and the Sabeans-any who believe in God and the Last Day, and act righteously-will have their reward with their Lord; they have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.

does it mean christains have nothing to fear and grieve as long as we continue believe in god, last day and act righteously?

this is a doubt arised reading today.

thanks for helping me understand this.
