Lamb Wrap

This is quick and easy...............! :D




1 lamb leg steak (or some lamb pieces)

2 garlic cloves, sliced

2 thyme sprigs

1 wrap

85g/3oz mixed salad leaves




1. Preheat a griddle pan and the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.

2. Place the lamb, garlic and thyme in the griddle. Griddle for 2 minutes on either side.

3. Transfer the lamb to the oven for a further 3 minutes.

4. Place the salad leaves on the wrap.

5. Remove the lamb from the oven.

6. Place the hot lamb, garlic and thyme on top of the salad leaves.

7. Roll the wrap up. Take a sharp knife and cut the wrap into small rounds.

8. Arrange the rounds on a plate and serve.



Note:- If you want spices then fine rub some black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon powder in the meat with a touch of olive oil.
