Ice Cream with a Chocolate Sauce

This should be good for the Autum months ...... (w00t)

 

Ingredients

125g/4½oz plain chocolate (70% cocoa)

150ml/5¼fl oz double cream

150ml/5¼fl oz milk

1 tbsp caster sugar

handful of chocolate sweets (I like to use Maltesers but anything will do)

vanilla ice cream (You could use chocolate ice cream for maxium chocolate taste)

 

 

Method

1. Heat the plain chocolate, double cream, milk and sugar together in a pan until the chocolate and sugar have melted.

2. Into a small bowl add a few scopes of ice cream.

3. Into the chocolate mixture, add the chocolate sweets and serve hot.
